This thread is meant to contain all the useful scripts for HV, that can improve your gaming experience.Please note that this post is only a gathering of such scripts, I'm not the creator of them. If you have any problem with any script listed here, you should contact the author of the script, providing ALL the useful informations about your problem, so you can both find a solution for it; that can be either found in the script itself, in your pc settings, or in one mistake of yours. Because yeah, everyone can make mistakes, nobody is perfect here. We can all improve.Index of Categories

rather than "Big scripts" i'd say something like "common scripts", "swiss-army-knife scripts" or such. one may want to know which are the most used, not the biggest ones.

FAQ for Starters (plus Essential Scripts you may want to start with)You can find the FAQ and Troubleshooting about HV scripting following this forum link. Thanks again to f4tal for making this detailed guide for newbies (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/happy.gif) *note for self/Scremaz/gianfrix/whoever cares, if you think I should copy-paste (and then shorten) the 4 posts of f4tal and put it in the script thread tell me, otherwise I'll simply link it (that's long (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) )* You may want to start with...- Vanilla Reloader / Reloader - They are both designed to speed up your battle. After installing either one of this scripts (Not both! It will bug out your game!) your speed will increase greatly. The difference between the two is that Vanilla Reloader is a standalone script, so you can rely on other scripts to get other functionalities, while Reloader already has in-build modules which greatly increase your comfort (and you can freely enable or disable some or all of them). On the other hand, Vanilla Reloader is slightly faster than Reloader.
Be careful, both Vanilla Reloader and Reloader may not work properly with other scripts. However, most updated scripts have received fixes to work along with Reloader properly.
- Countdown Timer for the Random Encounter (RE) - It will refresh the news page when a new RE is ready, keep track of those you already had and will warn you if you're missing one.
- HV Item Manager - Beware! This is the most complex script for item management, filtering and sorting. You can even create your personal shop with it! Multi-repair, multi-bazaar, multi-salvage and even more. You'll need a bit of time to understand how it works, but its benefits are outstanding!
- Smart Search - If you visit the WTS and WTB sections of the forum a lot, you NEED this script. This one will provide you the option to quickly check different shops and compare prices and assortment. It is not technically a "game script" but more a "forum script", but you should try it. Before using it, please READ ITS INSTRUCTIONS
- HV Items - This script pulls data from equipment you have and send it to a centralized server to help the community to keep the wiki's range page up to date. Please install this script, it will very help the community making this game better.
- Equipment Comparison - You absolutely need this script, because it allows you to compare equipped weapons/armors with others (in bazaar or inventory). Before using it, please read its instructions
- State HP - Shows enemies's HP in numeric pattern (Reloader already has it)
- No "You are Victorious" Popup or Skip Popup - Automatically click on the "You are victorious" popup after round end (Reloader already has it)
- Show Gems - Adds a little icon, showing which gem you have in possession and has a feature to click/hover on it to consume it (Reloader already has it)
- Round Counter - Shows you how many rounds you have beat and how many are left (Reloader already has it)
- Counter Plus - This script show you how much EXP and credits you have collected in the entire battle from start to the End/Flee/Defeat (Reloader already has it)
- Income Summary - Very powerful statistic script, tells you how many drops you have collected and your total profit from the battle
- Monster Letter to Numbers - Converts monster's letters to numbers, making the use of numpad easier.
- HV Conditioner - This script adds the feature to easily repair all your equipment directly on the "inventory" page.
- Inline Difficulty Changer - Allows you to change difficulty in almost every page of hentaiverse (besides battle) without having to open the Settings every time. With this script you have simply to click on the difficulty text on the left to open a drop down menu to select the new difficulty.
- CracklingCast - Tired to click on monsters to beat them? Then HOVER on them! Just move your cursor on monster and kill them in easy fashion. In its settings you can choose the magic spell you would like to use on monster when you hovering, or leave settings blank to melee action. However, if you're melee, you'll prefer Reloader's in-build Mousemelee feature to this one. Before use, please read its instructions.
- 2 Pane Moogle or Open MoogleMail in New Tab - These can save you a lot time and enhance your mailing experience.
- Smart Monster Lab - Very good script for monsters breeding. Shows how many crystals and tokens you need for the next update, you can sort, filter and perform bulk-options with a new flat-like style.

well, f4tal's troubleshooting seems pretty solid and easy to read. i'd recycle that, eventually by updating something that needs to be updated. ie: QUOTE By default all scripts are legal and allow to use. But some sort of scripts may receive ban for violation rules. None scripts should provide: doesn't make sense to me. better to say something like: QUOTE all the scripts linked here have been approved for use. when dealing with different scripts remember that you may incur in a ban if said scripts does the following: ----------------------------- also, try to keep descriptions as short as possible. ie: QUOTE Countdown Timer for the Random Encounter - It will refresh the news page when a new encounter is ready, count how many Random Encounters you've already had, store links to them so you can see them by pressing the "L" button on both the news page and the forums, and will warn you if you're missing one by running out of time from the previous. people are interested in knowing what the script does, not how to use it. that comes later, and only if. something like this may already be sufficient: QUOTE Countdown Timer for the Random Encounter (RE) - It will refresh the news page when a new RE is ready, keep track of those you already had and will warn you if you're missing one. maybe reloader may need a bit more, but no clue on how to sum it up (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

So, it's probably better to copy the code and fix some stuff, crediting f4tal, after all. I'll make it like that then. Let me do this real quick, once dawn hits I'll do my battles and go to sleep for the day (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif)

Yeah, some of the grammar of f4tal is not great, we'll have to fix it up and update the broken links. FAQ and TroubleshootingThis is guide designed to show how to install and operate scripts for HentaiVerse. You will not find here scripting lessons or something like thatFAQ Q. What is a script?A. A script is piece of code, created by HentaiVerse community. All scripts aim to increase potential of the game and make some managements easier. For example, the "Item Manager" script will allow you to multi-salvage, multi-shrine, multi-CoD items and gears; another script, named "HoverPlay", will add ability to hit monsters by just hovering on them cursor (without clicking or pressing buttons); Q. Do I need scripts? Can I play without them?A. Of course you can play without scripts. BUT scripts DO make game easier, better, faster, and provide extra options, features and abilities. Scripts will not change the game itself, but will change the premise, interface and frontend. Q. How many scripts can I install?A. How many scripts you want. There's no exceptions or restrictions, but eventually your game will became slower. Q. Are all scripts legal?A. All the scripts linked here have been approved for use. When dealing with different scripts, remember that you may incur in a ban if said scripts do the following things: QUOTE Any automation or semi-automation of gameplay beyond a single "action". Anything that automates actions without direct player input. Any parsing of live data to decide on actions. Anything that has the function of picking a target automatically, regardless of the actual method. Anything that interprets the page in any way to pick a target or action. Q. I have an idea/request/help for script. Where I can post about it?A. In the script thread Q. Where I can download scripts?A. In this Script Compendium there are plenty of them Q. Which parameters or settings scripts have?A. Scripts have two kind of attributes: settings and parametersSettingsSettings are options, designed by the creator of script. Settings may have true/false variations or may be presented in a numeric fashion. To do changes you need download the script and open it in a text redactor (notepad). For example, in "Reloader" you can find this settings: CODE mouseMelee: true, // MouseMelee ( hover on enemies to attack ) minHP: 0.4, // Stop if hp is below this threshold You can change "true" in first line to "false" and this way turn off "mouseMelee" option. In next lines you can change "minHP" in whatever number you want (between 0 and 1). Most the time you can find settings at the beginning of script's code. Some authors may write where settings are in their scripts. Parameters Parameters are attributes every script has. There are two of them - when and where scripts should load. WHEN a script should load, is the order of scripts loading. If you have only one script - you can forget about this parameter, but if you have more than one, you need to reorder them in proper way to make them work correctly. Sometimes, if your script is not working, or loading very long - this is a matter of wrong order. In a following example, first script to load is Reloader, next HV Battle Compact X, up to HV Counter save, which is 15 in a order. [attachmentid=83129] WHERE script should load is place of page where script should load. You can define this place by redacting script itself. Open a script and find first few lines between "==UserScript==" and "==/UserScript==". This should look like this: CODE // ==UserScript== // @name HV - Track Drops // @version 2.1.1 // ==/UserScript== To define where exactly script should load, you need to add one of the following lines into this block: CODE // @run-at document-start // @run-at document-body // @run-at document-end In most cases attribute "// @run-at document-end" will work properly, but sometimes you need to use other attributes (for example, to run properly all custom skins you need to use "// @run-at document-start". Many authors manually define where script should load by putting "// @run-at document-end" as default. This post has been edited by End Of All Hope: Feb 20 2017, 19:01

Installing scripts A. For Firefox browser 1. First you need to download the [ addons.mozilla.org] GreaseMonkey addon. This addon will provide a simple but effective manager to install and configure scripts. 2. Now you can move to your tools/addons section, and you will find new tab named "User scripts" with a monkey log. 3. To install new scripts you need to drag and drop a script file (.js) into firefox browser [attachmentid=83130] 4. To configure WHEN the script should load, you need to right-click onto script and in context menu you will find four options: "execute first", "execute sooner", "execute later", "execute last". 5. To configure WHERE the script should load, you need to right-click onto the script and in context menu click "edit" button. Then you need manually edit or add "// @run-at"-line by using the text redactor 6. To manage the SETTINGS you need to right-click onto the script and in the context menu click the "edit" button. Then you need to manually edit or add the code by using the text redactor B. For Chrome/Iron browser Chrome/Iron browsers are slightly different compared to firefox and have two methods to install scripts: "plain-script method" and "Tampermonkey method"I. Plain-script method Disclaimer: Most script won't work with this method1. Go to this link into your Chrome/Iron browser CODE chrome://extensions/ 2. To install new scripts, you need to drag and drop the script into this window [attachmentid=83136] 3. You can't configure WHEN the script should load. It seems that the scripts launch in the order you installed them, so if you want to reorder them, you need to delete them all and install in a different order. 4. You can't configure WHERE script should load. You need to re-download the script from Internet, redact it and after that, re-install it into the browser. Every time you want to make changes you need to delete the script from the browser, download it again from the site, redact it in the notepad and re-install it in the browser. 5. You can't manage the SETTINGS. You need to re-download the script from the Internet, redact it and after that re-install it into your browser. Every time you want to make changes you need to delete the script from the browser, download it again from the site, redact and re-install it. II. Tampermonkey method 1. First you need to download the [ chrome.google.com] Tampermonkey addon. This addon will provide a complicated but very effective manager to install and configure scripts. 2. Now open your Tampermonkey and move to the tab with green plus icon: [attachmentid=83127] 3. Put the code of the script into the in-build redactor and press the "save" button [attachmentid=83131] 4. After that you will find your script in the tab "installed userscripts". [attachmentid=83132] 5. To configure WHEN the script should load, you need to left-click onto the script, then click the "settings" sub-tab and after that choose the "position:" you need. [attachmentid=83133] 6. To configure WHERE the script should load, you need to left-click onto the script, then click the "settings" sub-tab and after that choose the "run at:" you need. [attachmentid=83134] 7. To manage the SETTINGS you need to left-click onto the script, then click on "editor" and after that you need to manually edit or add code by using the in-build redactor. Do not forget to save! [attachmentid=83135] C. For Opera Opera browser has two methods to install scripts: "Select-a-folder method" and "Violentmonkey method"I. Select-a-folder method 1. Click on the Opera emblem, go to Settings - Preference - Advanced - Javascript options - Here you have to define your custom userscript folder, and hit OK [attachmentid=83137] 2. To install new scripts you need to paste the downloaded scripts into the folder you created in the previous step 3. You can't configure WHEN the script should load. It seems that the scripts are launched in alphabetic order, so if you want to reorder them, you need to rename the scripts in a specific way. 4. To configure WHERE the scripts should load, you need to open the script you want, and redact it with the notepad. 5. To manage the SETTINGS you need to open the script you want, and redact it with the notepad. II. Violentmonkey method 1. First you need to download the [ addons.opera.com] Violentmonkey addon. This addon will provide a complicated but very effective manager to install and configure scripts. 2. Now open your Violentmonkey and click the "new" button. After that just put the code of the script in its in-build redactor and press the "save" or "save and close" button [attachmentid=83128] 3. After that you will find your script in the main tab. 4. To configure WHEN the script should load, you need to drag and drop scripts by holding this cross-like icon in the upper-right corner. [attachmentid=83138] 5. To configure WHERE the script should load, you need to click the "edit" button on whatever script you would like. Then you need to click the "custom meta data" and then choose the specific "run-at"-type. [attachmentid=83139] 6. To manage the SETTINGS you need to click the "edit" button on whatever script you would like, and after that you need to manually edit or add code by using the in-build redactor. Troubleshooting If for some reasons scripts are not working for you, try to do following: - Switch from the default font engine to a custom one. Seriously, this can help. You can find examples of custom fonts in THIS THREAD;
- If you are using firefox, go to the address "about:config" and set "gfx.direct2d.disabled" to "true";
- If you are using some addons to remove custom javascript on sites (like NoScript), try to turn them off, or add HentaiVerse to the exceptions;
- Check that popups are not restricted in your browser;
- Revisit EVERY "non-battle" pages in HentaiVerse (Character, Bazaar, Arena, Inventory, Equipment, e.t.c.). Yes, EVERY page like this. Some scripts require to do this to collect data for future work;
- Rearrange WHERE and WHEN scripts are located (their order and placement)
- Open the script and try to add this line "//@match http://*.hentaiverse.org/*" into the "==UserScript=="-block;
- Try to use a different browser. Scripts developed in past years are made to work in chrome/iron and firefox in the same way, but older scripts may require to use a special browser;
- Try to use a different build of the script, because HentaiVerse is patched often, and some versions of the same script may not work anymore.

QUOTE(End Of All Hope @ Feb 20 2017, 01:12) Oh, seems like I can't use other people's attachments. I'll fix it tomorrow. Enough for today (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif) We could punch in the fixed text in the old f4tal troubleshooting link, so there's no problem about that (if you want to leave troubleshooting in it's own thread).

Okay, now I'll make some other page. If the corrected text will be punched in the original post, the font size can be kept as f4tal put it. I scaled down by 2 because they were bigger than my actual page title (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif)
