For オプション付, I would say its a phrase you would see a lot if you browse a deri heri (Japanese Call Girl Service). In the general sense, it means that those "options" are "on the table" for a particular girl if you pay a certain price range. For this one, it almost seems like maybe whatever dude she's with gets off on her pussy/armpit stink and she's ready for either. Wouldn't want to give a full translation without more context though.

Option can also mean a-la-carte in a sense. As an example, here's the "Option Price Table" from a call girl service I looked up in Tokyo.

Yeah. context. I'll just add that it can also mean deflower (according to kotobank), and that やる　written as 犯る　seems pretty close to a general 'fuck'.

In any case, I really can't tell without full context... 秀郷 seems to be a name of its own, so I'd double check his name, or see if maybe it's his mother's, since they're talking about her...

So this is a question less about translation than about typing Japanese through the IME to make accurate scripts.
