[Unimportant question] On panel 2 of this page, I know what he means by 「ちなみにマッサージで脂肪を燃焼すれば一石二鳥です！」, but isn't it more like 二石一鳥 since the only "鳥" here is the 脂肪の燃焼　issue and there are two simultaneous methods/"石" he's using to deal with it? I am just curious how the idiom is being used here.

一石二鳥 = Killing two birds with one stone. It's an idiom.
And if you asking why it is, maybe it has connection with 血行促進ジェル.
