The increments are larger than that. The max is also most likely a decent amount higher, as I have a cap with the same MDM, and it would be unlikely that the maximum/near-maximum of such a rare equip type would drop with any great frequency.

Anything that's off by .01/.02 is certainly a rounding error. I have yet to see an increment that small for any stat.

MAX INT/WIS on fox/owl staffs could be off now if the max was the same before or maybe its just Willow staffs have a higher max then the other staffs.

It's possible. Or we just haven't seen a max INT Ebony/Katalox staff yet.

I would like to start talking about Power Armor.
I figure there should be two things to talk about.

1. power armor of slaughter
With slaughter suffix we should be talking about its ADM.

Here are the ones that i have right now. Surely they should not be the maximum.

Helm: 22.14 (5.53)
Legs: 28.06 (7.02)
Feet: 14.93 (3.73)

2.power armor of protection
This one's more interesting. I feel like it has better PA than other heavy armor, but i just cannot confirm.
Shouldn't have a lower PA anyway, so it's still good to have a look.

Here are the ones that i have.

Helm: 28.32 (1.77)
Hands: 14.38 (0.9)
Legs: 27.38 (1.71)
Feet: 17.63 (1.1)

These values have already been confirmed:
Head: 8.73 (4.99)
Body: 10.48 (5.99)
Gloves: 8.73 (4.99)
Legs: 10.48 (5.99)
Feet: 6.98 (3.99)

Logically, a 6.99 Body piece should be spawnable at the very least.

Edit: Actually, with 5 base gloves as the starting point, 6 Head, 7 Legs, 8 Body should, in theory, be droppable.

I think you're using the wrong scaling factor. It was changed to 66 2/3. (Although cmal wants it to be 67...)
So your numbers are:

Head: 23.63 (4.30)
Legs: 29.54 (5.37)
Feet: 17.74 (3.22)

Not that it matters, since they're clearly nowhere near the maximum values.

Okay, so I just realized Fine Phase Robe of Mjolnir (5.38 base, @Lv178 -> 300: 24.54 -> 37.67) might be the new max. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif)

So whats the new max EDB und Staffs now? Just got this 6,58 base staff and doubt this is the possible max.

What I understood from "EDB from EDB-suffix staff/armor increased (5,10) - (10,15)" is base doubled, max value x1.5

Assuming old staff EDB suffix max @Lv300 = 37.68 (5.38 base)
New staff EDB suffix max @Lv300 = 56.52 (10.76 base)

Just thought about how we should try to determine the new maximum, and come up with some guess like this:

Assumptions:
1. The maximums are truly maximum.
2. There's two separate values to determine a staff's EDB: the base part for every ebony/katalox staff, and the bonus part for those with elemental/holt/dark suffix only.
3. The EDB bonus only applies to the ones with special suffix, just like what Tenboro said in the update.

For ebony staff, the maximum value for non-suffix ones are 2.09, and suffix ones are 5.08.
Then the base part max. = 2.1, the bonus part max. = 5.1 - 2.1 = 3
If only the bonus part has been increased by 50%, then the new bonus part max. = 4.5
The new EDB for suffix ebony staff should therefore = 2.1 + 4.5 = 6.6

Therefore, Ichy's staff may be at maximum.

As for katalox, i don't know. The same method maybe used, but i simply don't believe we have observed the maximums before this patch.

And it's just a guess, don't take it too serious.
