Update is update. 10bo is not a magical wizard who pulls new updates like a rabbit out of the hat. And we just got an update, which means he will need some time for another one.

Let's not continue this discussion. As it seems to concern the mod team, I will make some final remarks:

1. Nobody is going to get banned unless he/she is breaking the rules, ignored several warnings about that, and keeps breaking the rules after final warning.
2. There is no rule about asking for updates. We even have a thread that serves kinda that purpose: 'please can we has...' in the system forum.
3. Keep it friendly please

This is possible, especially if he has no stars, no toplist, no forum posts for exp, and minimal exp training upgrades. He could play a ton and be leveling up ultra slowly, and it seems he gets great drops but it's his reward for choosing this approach.

He could also be buying up trophies, if not here, then in other places of communication as mentioned.

Along with noticing his prolific quality drops, I had also noticed that he rarely or never buys anything. Therefore as far as I am concerned he can only be my ally. No matter how he gets them, he produces quality equipment for everyone else to buy, and as long as he doesn't use his riches to bully other players, then I'm happy he is around.

Yes, he didn't want to get exp modifier, he only kept a extra exp from his previous Exp trainer at level 100. And he even dont join the dawn of a new day and so no encounter. Even though, he is still so lucky.
