Sorry but these equipments all have level limits much higher than your level......you won't be able to use them in a few days unless you soulfuse them but they are not worth soulfusing I think.
You are welcome to ask for equipments level < yours + 20~40 (so you won't wait too long before you can use them)

Duel Wielding is good until at least level 50 or even 100 I think, then you can switch to 1H or something

When you reach higher levels, replace your head to feet slots with the same type of armors (eg: lights(shade and leather) or heavys (power and plate)) so that your abilities for a certain kind of armors can take effect.

I may not be correct in many ways. Wiki and other players are good for you to get familiar with the game.

不用，就直接用你的用户名就能发送，盾战其实除了盾之外，其他的都可以将就用用，只要凑一套的，比如一套轻
甲或者重甲（推荐），盾的基础格挡率越高打起来越舒服，

勉强凑了一身板甲，打15遭遇战还是有几率暴毙

另外别打压榨界，竞技场比那个好多了，道具界都比它好，那个是开了水晶加成才去打的

竞技场都打不过的话，我怀疑你是没有使用药品和治疗，或者难度调的太高了
