I never get a debuff when i cast soul burst but i saw several logs of other players which triggered burning soul. Am i missing something or is it a bug?

You need to cast soul fire on a monster first to proc burning soul.
Casting soul burst then will proc burning soul on almost all monsters.

I finally added a special note on burning soul to wiki, as it's different from how the usual status effects is proc.

is the extra mitigations worth the extra burden?

do you even "feel" the burden when your playing with heavy, i.e. how often would u see a monster attack twice in a row?

I think you read the sentence 'higher numbers incicate slower actions' and get the wrong impression.

Action speed from EH-wiki

1. Action speed translates into how long a 1.0x action (like an attack or first tier elemental spell) takes by subtracting it from 500. So if you have higher action speed, you'll need less time to finish an action.

2. As for base action speed, it's a multiplier for different actions.
Basically you'll need (500 - your action speed)*1.0 to attack, and (500 - your action speed)*1.1 to cast magic missile. As you can see, Higher base action speed should indicate slower actions.

So if Im figuring it out right, if the Formula's answer is high lets say 499 or 500. It means my actions will be slow, and if my result is 1 then the opponent wont be able to have a chance to attack me once before X of turns I get?

Edit: oh I see, Base action Speed = (500 - Character's Action speed)* X (Let X be your attack). If You're base action speed value is only lets say, 499 it mean's it'll take you that long to finish your attack.

Speaking of the Results, how many turns do you if you're Base action speed is at a value of lets say 1? I presume 400 BAS is 1 turn (I.E 100 Character action speed = 1 Turn for Basic attack)

Ya, they both had better Demon fiend / Fox gear then I did. When I first got Soul Harvest I used that more then any attack spell for a very long time. At the time I wasn't using elemental spells, only holy/dark/soul and some melee.

I remember it use to be that when people have access to soul spell plus 11 AP, they can play HV while completely blindfolded and still being so fast just using crap gear... Maybe not as powerful nor as mana efficient as Elec/Elem mage, but still good and headache-free.

1. You'll need to know first what equipments are in great need, and what kinds of values a good equipment should have.
If you're not sure, just let people pm you to negotiate about the following equipments, which are rare and potentially valuable:
Shade, Kelvar, phase, ethereal mace, destruction staff, power armor, shield armor.

Others can be sold for a fixed multiple to the bazaar price, but don't expect many to buy equipments at around lv.100.

2. You should try the equipment shop helper, if you've any problem with equipment links.

I got a few questions, is there a way to look through the HV listings of equipment? to see what kind of weapons there are, etc.

How does the bazar work concerning other people, like are there only ten weapons that unless people sell stuff there will only be those weapons for everyone to buy for that day?

2. Most of the equipments in bazaar now should be sold by other players.
There has been a random equipment generator in the dawn of HV, but now there're so many equipments generated everyday that the generator is no longer required.

i have a question to expert melee. it is possible for melee to do all arenas on bt/iwbth without use mace?
