I got me a demonic estoc, HELL YEAH. Now I have to go get used to the burden/interference again. I'm going to use maxing it as a good opportunity to get my shade +DW proficiencies up. I don't have a club but what the heck it'll be easy runs. Or maybe I should go out on a limb and 0 profciency mage it with my incredible 2 pieces of phase nif, 2 pieces of gossamer elementalist and amazing redwood staff of destruction. I'm sure I can pick up some cloth robe from the bazaar (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/cool2.gif)

Not sure if I want to kill you or hand you a full set of spare Exquisite Nif Phase (I seriously have at least 2 Exq+ pieces for each slot, 6 caps somehow) for considering setting foot outside of the equip screen with a mage set that bad. Though I suppose on Easy you should at least survive even with craptacular gear.

But you'll go insane leveling that thing on Easy with DW assuming it's a 160 round+ item. That's about 1000 monsters to individually kill.

I've got the iron 19 going, as well as a reasonable connection speed. I was going to disable all plugins except HVMA and go to town. Since I'm not a mage I won't be 1-shotting the rounds like he does, which is why I was considering the mage thing but its not like I'll be able to do it with such bad gear/prof anyway. So if I stick to 2h it'll take much longer but still be doable. I'll probably have to invest in some energy drinks though.

Estimated: 157 rounds, 12250 PXP total.

Maybe I should just pay lement to do it... lol.

Meh as it turns out none of them are available anyway and I sure as heck don't want to pay more than the cost of the item to have it leveled. I'll just have to do it myself and call it prof grinding XD

Who said anything about magnificient? I got this one. Coma was just giving me the price for a Mag because that's the highest price that's cheaper than Lement's service. And I'm not going to forge this one probably, I'm just going to IW, use it for ~100 levels and then be in Mantra's position lol.

FYI: I get around 50 credits per round in arenas, thought idk about drops - but the rate seems far higher in arenas than in IWs according to my old HVstat values.

So it may be more efficient to pay to have the equip IWed. Granted, for now I'm enjoying the fun of resetting my staff.....

Would need your stats & equip to say for sure, but most likely Destruction, at least. If your Fenrir/Heimdall equip is roughly equal, I would tend to use fenrir. If you tend to have mana problems, heimdall might be the better choice.

I just did it on Normal with a Staff of Focus and I only managed to clear around 80 rounds. Luckily I got a dawn of day update.

the final battle of T&T-normal isn't hard at all, but getting there without running out of mana can be a problem.
if you ran out take more pots into battle
try to ET if needed
use lower tier/cost spells at the start
try and get CM so your next spell costs less

I have a question about IW

Do the Tier affiliation have an influence on the quality of the equipment drops?

Tier 1: Rapier/Estoc/Oak/Plate

Tier 3: Wakizashi/Katana/ Katalox/Phase/Shade/Power

Okay, so this is my equipment. But at level 100, i'm not certain this equipment is... worthy... of me fighting at Level 100 Heroic (or harder).. (basically, i'm getting much more damage from weakling enemies than i should be with this armor)

I am trying to hit hard and hit fast, while having some substantial level of survivability.

Anyone got any suggestions for better armor? (I don't need freebies, with 12 hath per day i can get a lot of credits fast by selling my hath, so any armor that is suggested, and more importantly any WTS threads with such decent armor that you could link me to, I can obtain likely within a few days)

Superior Plate Cuirass of Protection (Body - Heavy Armor)
