I've got a question about the silence spell. Up until now, when I got new spell related ability from leveling up I also got access to the spell itself. This does not appear to be the case with the silence spell, as I got the better silence ability at level 120 but yet at level 125 I have not received the silence spell itself. What level is the silence spell supposed to be gained?

You get it by raising your deprecating proficiency enough. You need 40 prof according to the wiki. And yeah, this is badly explained on the wiki IMHO.

I was looking through some of my equipment and came across some with a level of unassigned (example attached). Does anyone know what this means? I was also wondering about the chances of getting a rare energy drink when offering up an artifact at the Shrine. Does anyone know what the chances are?

There was an update recently where any equipment received that was average quality or lower will be unassigned so it's easier for newbies to buy. Higher quality equipment will still have a level.

No idea about the energy drink and the shrine chances.

All equipment now drop with a level that restricts who can equip it and that fixes the stats to the gear to the level (it won't level up with you any more). Equipment dropped prior to that patch have their level unassigned, that will be fixed to the level of the first player equipping it. Oh, and equipment of Average and below quality don't have a level assigned.

I was also wondering about the chances of getting a rare energy drink when offering up an artifact at the Shrine. Does anyone know what the chances are?

If the wiki is to be believed, the chance is around 15~20%, varying with the number of bonus attribute points you already have.

Thank you for the prompt reply. Does this mean that I should sell the equips with unassigned levels at the bazaar or what?

As for the energy drink, the reason I asked is because I like the 100% XP boost from having 80-99 stamina and I have gotten to the point where my stamina drops below 80 after doing all the arena challenges and random encounters. Without taking a day off from fighting or an energy drink to boost my stamina I will only be getting normal XP for fights.

...You mean you use them? They can be sold for ~64k on the market. Check out the WTB section.

Click on the link maybe? You can also get Last Elixirs, which is the worst thing you can get from artifacts.

Is Estoc still the way to grind or is there some new hotness?

Estoc's dead (i think), now everyone use power of slaughter and 1h plus shield. That is, unless that is not the trend anymore. I've not been checking the fashionable trends in some time.

For 1H style, I presume? Well, it's Illithid, and more importantly, not a rapier, so it's not suitable for high difficulty.

I know I've been reading that it is better not to soulfuse less than Mag weapons, but was wondering if doing it for that shortsword would be beneficial at all. Is it possible to soulfuse more than one weapon at a time?

Selected places are used for something? My intuition tells that can be used as a shortcut to the skills but not figured out how that can be connected.
Probably the answer can be found in the wiki but because my English is pretty weak I have a problem with finding that what I'm looking for.
