Rare Type + High Quality = High Bazaar value, so valuable crap.

Yes, good sounding named equipment usually ends up in the bazaar. Also, I wear a Fair Elementalist Cap as its Elem Prof (base 6.12) kicks the ass of anything other Elem Cap I've ever seen, including Superiors.

I know from experience that SA can drop with at least base 6 Block. Higher values may be possible without the Barrier suffix, but I've yet to see one.

I have some odd luck with the Shrine on first tries. MY 1st ever cloth was Phase that I still use today, and my first Heavy was those pants.

I think 5% is avg to good with ~10% is great. The set I'm messing with is incomplete but I have this so far.
