Just curious, does the block chance of the armor add to the block chance of the shield or does it multiplicate in a similar fashion as mitigation?

6.21% block is a lot more than I would've expected for an average of that level, maybe this new suffix can be useful after all.

That one is not that good. Maybe its range is like evade of Phase (maybe a little better)?

I also have a Shield Cuirass in my shop that is so-so. What I'd like to know is what's the rarity of getting Shield Armor as a drop? Is it comparable to Kevlar or Dragonhide, or is it more like Gossamer or Phase?

Like i have said usually better stats, just when you have found one pair of decent gauntlets and nobody else has found a good body version doesn't mean that you are right. Shield armour has been released for 2 days

Pretty much every bodygear has better stats than gauntlets, that's still a fact. Unless you want to claim that there are gloves with over 45 elemental proficiencies, 10+flee, 20+ edb.
