Wiki would probably be the most user-friendly way to deposit the data. So far the wiki has not been used widely because the authors themselves would have to register for the wiki, be granted permission to edit(?) and then actually edit the page for their own scripts. In the recent past only one or two authors cba to do this. (of the top of my head i can only think of max_joe and h_d)

If EOAH now wants to manage this, the wiki page would probably be the most central, and future-proof, location for this information.

so, what about a script guide here and a script compendium on wiki? afaik juggy santa has edit rights on wikia, and most likely even many coders. should someone want for his script to be updated, he'll write in script thread or to the caretaker(s) specified in wiki, and list will be updated.

btw, we are trying to limit the spam in this section, or at least to confine within a few selected thread. in the next days you may see a certain amount of threads being closed. more likely not merged, but somehow the number of open threads will be reduced. if there's a reason for certain ones to be kept, we're open to suggestions

Always wondered if it would be feasible to maintain a FAQ bit for those question that always seem to get asked in AtE, even though there'd be less to answer then, but would be too complex and fluent a topic to add into wiki advice (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif)

For Example:
- How do i level deprecating prof?
> grab HP/CC/Reloader and set weaken etc as cast

- What should i play?
> below 200 2H, 200-310+ 1H, don't mage before 310

- What should i aim for in IW for spec X/Y/Z
> 1H -> bli > bla > blub
> DW -> blub > bla
> ...

actually, i aim for the first questions to be answered in that topic, in order for see less of them in ask the experts. clearly, i don't expect to solve questions like grinding deprecating, which script to use etc etc. but at least to know that to start you have to grab a longsword, two crappy leathers and bambambam (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

or maybe adding also an "advanced" section for those things, boh...
