Well what I mean is that the settings are fine as long as I don't close Chrome. If I do, the settings go back to default - any ideas?

1. Do the settings change if you open the settings page in another tab and/or window? 2. Same happens in Firefox?

Since the price of binding of protection rise, more credit thus more time is needed.

Guys, remember that HV is throtled to 4 turns per second. If you have a powerful x64 machine and a fully x86_64 compatible browser HVSTAT will execute faster than the next HV load (which will, hopefully, happen in another browser thread), therefore not reducing speed at all.

As a smart user of the intarrnutz i don't like leaving a huge trail of info everywhere (big data) so i usually browse in private mode, forceblock evil (google/facebook/etc) and other scumz of teh earth who want your soul...
Now this playing at Hentaiverse is setting a stop for that, since every time you purge browser history (or refuse to log stuff like that with private mode/incognito mode etc) the script is reset and you have to manually set it all back.
Is there a nice way to 'save all info' in one file that you can quickly import again or do you have to fiddle with copying cookies back and forth or whatnot? Would be nice with a couple buttons (export/import all) to easily fix this when your otherwise routinely purge all info from browser

QUOTE (export/import all) You want ctxl's script for local storage. PS: "trail on info everywhere" != "big data". Trail of info is more related to data mining by some websites and private browsing do not fully protect you from it (e.g. you still generate statistics from your current session and you still give data to google if you use chrome). Big data is the bloated term used to define NoSQL databases (like couchdb) or NoSQL cluster databases (like cassandra).

Thanks for the link (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) Big data is collected the way i describe it too.. all those nasty pages and ads collecting what you watched, where you been, which in turn fuels what ads they show you and build profiles etc, maybe it's just semantics (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) (i'm thinking big data in terms of security/privacy, not in terms of programming or anything like that) It is true that you still generate statistics from current sessions too, but only if you don't actively block/blacklist them at root doman basis (like adding facebook* and google* to noscript/adblock etc) * includes all subdomains

Okay, I have a suggested change - specifically in the monster display the time was displaying the timezone information, causing the table to be too wide and screwing other stuff up. Testing shows that switching to 'date.toLocaleTimeString()', same as the chrome version fixed the problem. getDateTimeString: function (date) { if (browser.isChrome) { // See [ code.google.com] http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=3607 return date.toLocaleDateString() + " " + date.toLocaleTimeString(); } else { return date.toDateString() + " " + date.toLocaleTimeString(); } },

QUOTE(Firethorn @ Dec 29 2013, 12:22) date.toLocaleDateString() Will work crapily in Japanese locales. Never use locales if you're not 100% sure that you cover all locales that people will access your page from (i.e. do not use locales on the internet). [ www.w3.org] A shot disscussion about locales on W3C

[ www.w3.org] A shot disscussion about locales on W3COkay, so how would we fix it showing up crappy in MY timezone the default way? I was simply looking for a way to have it NOT show all the time zone stuff. I'll fully admit; I'm more of a hacker than a proper programmer. Looking up the Java I got this [ developer.mozilla.org] little discussion. So the problem would be that somebody with Japanese language set while using HVStat would get part of the date in Japanese? Otherwise my reading of the function says that it'll attempt to display the time in the set language and format. This post has been edited by Firethorn: Dec 30 2013, 05:17
