Did you modify the script?
Download HVS_FIREFOX_5.4.3.0.user.js and compare it with the script which already installed.

I didn't modify anything. I'm a noob in script. I download, install and play. That's all.

And there is a lot of code lines. I can't compare the both files ^^

(changing options in hv settings could modify the script ?)

I am not sure if its a problem with the new chrome dev build or with HVstat. But after the new Chrome dev build 2 days ago Version 23.0.1270.1 dev-m. Another Chrome build went out today few mins ago too but it still happens in it too new build is Version 23.0.1271.1 dev-m. HVStat is eating huge amounts of memory and the memory used increases after each hit/round/refresh.

I looked at google chrome task manager and indeed after each hit memory goes up and down but goes up by a lot more then back down. Is it some memory leak in Chrome? It makes the game unplayable... 2-3 secs per click to update refresh page, after 3-4 rounds and keeps going up.

After 10 rounds its eating over 1gb memory.

It happened both with HVstat 5.4.14 and with the latest 5.4.30. I tested to make sure its not something else but indeed it happens only when HVstat is enabled.

Its strange because until 2 days ago it didn't happen.

Presumably [code.google.com] this is related.

If you didn't modify, the script might be corrupted.
Use WinMerge or such tool to compare scripts.
Changing options does not change the script itself.

I checked both firefox and chrome files. Installed (in each respective software repertory) and downloaded (just now) ones are identical. The problem remains :/

Edit : i fully removed the script from firefox and installed it again. Nothing changed : 5.4.3.0 is the only one who didn't correctly worked. 5.4.2.1 works fine. The only error is TypeError: this.element.children[0].children[0].childNodes[0]

I figured out the cause of the problem.
Sorry, it is a bug which occurs when using the HentaiVerse font engine.
Please use downloadable fonts or custom local font until next release.

How to fully remove HV STAT 5.4.0?

You can reset all setting to default by going to settings in HVSTAT and select master reset and monster data and delete all of it.
I am not sure where you would go to delete the config files themselves (other then somewhere inside your browser's profile) in case you are trying to eliminate evidence of it ever being installed.

To actually remove HVSTAT (while leaving the data).

In chrome, go to chrome://chrome/extensions/
And press the trashcan next to HVSTAT

In FF left click "Firefox>Add-ons>User Scripts" and remove HVSTAT from there.

Did this answer your question?

After chrome update to 22, the scan data lost often.
it occurs sometimes when i'm in game and go to next floor.
all the monster scaned will be unscaned.
Export to the TSV file, all scaned data has been cleared.
what's up?
it occurs on STAT 5.4.2.0 and 5.4.3.1.

no message on the console.

Try the following and tell me the result.
  1. Open the HV page with HVSTAT enabled.
  2. Confirm Resources>IndexedDB>HVStat>MonsterScanResults exists on the Developer Tools.
  3. Close Chrome entirely.
  4. Open Chrome blank page.
  5. Disable HVStat.
  6. Open the HV page.
  7. Open the Developer Tools.
  8. Confirm Resources>IndexedDB>HVStat>MonsterScanResults again. Is it existing?

not the MonsterScanResults disappeared.

I have no idea at this time.
Try the following if possible.
- Create new account of the Windows.
- Install Google Chrome on the new account.
- Install HVSTAT.

I uninstall Chrome and install it again.
Install STAT.
I cleared some arean about 200+ rounds in all, and scaned all monsters i met.
But in the next round, the monsters returned to no scaned.
Then i confirm Resources>IndexedDB>HVStat>MonsterScanResults, the data in it has been cleared.
