i tried 5.4.3.0 on firefox and chrome (i had 5.4.2.1 before). Except the settings button, everything disappeared with both softwares. No more stats, shortcuts, etc. and nothing changed in settings.
i downgraded to 5.4.2.1 and it works for now.
Something is wrong with the new patch.

Post your environment and messages on the error console.

I'm a noob for this (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) Give me the steps for messages on error console (no error prompted with the new patch, only everything disappeared). Edit : posting pictures For my environment : windows 7 pro 64, firefox 15.0.1 (with scriptish), chrome 21.0.1180.89 m This post has been edited by Daodaodaidai: Sep 17 2012, 17:13

QUOTE(Daodaodaidai @ Sep 18 2012, 00:17)  And sorry, it's in french ^^ (only warnings, no error)
All right. Continue to the next step. Open the javascript console, type CODE for (var i in localStorage) console.log(i + ": " + localStorage[i].length);
and press Enter. ex.) Then post results. To open the javascript console with Firefox, install Firebug in advance.

QUOTE(Daodaodaidai @ Sep 18 2012, 08:58) Okay. Probably there is not enough space of your localStorage. HVMonsterDatabase which occupies large space is the old monster database. Try this. (This is possible only Firefox) If the problem solved, the cause is the old monster database. Delete it after database migration. Those are possible on the Monster Stats pane of HVSTAT.

i changed the quota, but it didn't changed anything in HV. Except the setting icon, it is as no hv stats was installed. i migrated the old base to new one with firefox (already did that a long time ago with chrome), nothing changed. i suppressed full base from hv stats. Nothing changed.
:/

Right now, there is no hint. Is there no error on the console really?

Let's hope that others could try this version and check if it works without fail or does the same thing with me.

I found the error (it's happening when starting a fight) : [11:36:12,218] TypeError: this.element.children[0].children[0].childNodes[0] is undefined @ chrome://scriptish/content/scriptish.js -> file:///C:/Users/***/AppData/Roaming/Mozilla/Firefox/Profiles/***/scriptish_scripts/hvstatisticstrackingandanalysistool@hvstat/hvstatisticstrackingandanalysistool@hvstat.user.js:2237 [ imageshack.us] (IMG:[imageshack.us] http://imageshack.us/a/img140/7383/errorpe.th.jpg) This post has been edited by Daodaodaidai: Sep 20 2012, 11:42

5.4.3.0 on chrome (SRWare Iron) has a regression. Pressing space when shrining no longer shrines a second item of the same kind It worked for me before (I was using a dev version though)

Download HVS_FIREFOX_5.4.3.0.user.js and compare it with the script which already installed.

Sorry for lack of explanation. In order to avoid the risk of conflicts with other scripts, all of the functions of treating keyboard events have become options. Turn on the option "Patch to enable Space key in the Shrine (Chrome only)".

I didn't modify anything. I'm a noob in script. I download, install and play. That's all. And there is a lot of code lines. I can't compare the both files ^^ (changing options in hv settings could modify the script ?)

I am not sure if its a problem with the new chrome dev build or with HVstat. But after the new Chrome dev build 2 days ago Version 23.0.1270.1 dev-m. Another Chrome build went out today few mins ago too but it still happens in it too new build is Version 23.0.1271.1 dev-m. HVStat is eating huge amounts of memory and the memory used increases after each hit/round/refresh.
I looked at google chrome task manager and indeed after each hit memory goes up and down but goes up by a lot more then back down. Is it some memory leak in Chrome? It makes the game unplayable... 2-3 secs per click to update refresh page, after 3-4 rounds and keeps going up.
After 10 rounds its eating over 1gb memory.
It happened both with HVstat 5.4.14 and with the latest 5.4.30. I tested to make sure its not something else but indeed it happens only when HVstat is enabled.
Its strange because until 2 days ago it didn't happen.

Presumably [ code.google.com] this is related.

If you didn't modify, the script might be corrupted. Use WinMerge or such tool to compare scripts. Changing options does not change the script itself.
