Also, try the following to workaround.
-Confirm that there is at least 200MB free space on the system drive.
-Increase dom.storage.default_quota to 102400 from 10240.

I asked Ilirith to change ownership so I could add people to the project.

There's over 200 times that free on just my SSD, and I increased dom.storage.default_quota from 10240 to 102400. I just had a random encounter where the highest MID was 35744, and there were no problems that I noticed.

EDIT: 37738 was fine, too. And now 37819 is also fine. 38732 is fine. 40044 is fine. 40996 is fine. 41695 is fine.

Post the version of HVSTAT you are using.

EDIT: Reproduced in 5.4.1.10.

RE-EDIT: I confirmed this was introduced before 5.4.1.9.

I have been, but the number of errors has been very low... I had one once, but it must've been a glitch, because when I loaded the page via "your" bookmark it was totally fine. Maybe increasing that limit and/or trying to let the script finish before I click on anything (I'm not sure how "bad" I was before, though) has helped a lot. Anyway, I stopped paying attention to the MIDs because errors weren't happening (it gets tedious, especially as it slows me down). If one happens hopefully I'm not deep in the round, so I can report it. Should I keep using 5.4.1.4 [DEBUG4]?

On an unrelated note, I actually had to redo a round once recently. I killed the four monsters, and then the round just started over again, with the exact same monsters (at full HP), claiming it was round 1! I did keep the XP/etc., though, and when I re-killed the lot I moved on to round 3. o.o

I'll update the changelog when we release 5.4.2 as a stable release.
I dunno about the wiki, changes are already noted with each commit and maintaining a wiki sounds like it will just add more work (and probably slow development).

Probably, there is not enough space of the local storage in the same as oohay's case.

On the current implementation of HVSTAT, MID is used as an index of the array of the monster database. Thus, if a monster which has big MID appears, too much space is consumed. I have recognized this as a problem, and currently working on a solution.

On Chrome, the maximum capacity of the local storage is 2.5MB. Currently, there is no way to increase this. (See [code.google.com] http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=63518)

To workaround, you will stop the use of several HV scripts, then you have to delete the data of the local storage that scripts used.

Operations:

1. Open HV page.
2. Open 'Chrome Developer Tools'. (press Ctrl+Shift+I)
3. Click 'Resources' on the menu.
4. Double-Click 'Local Storage' on the left pane.
5. Click 'hentaiverse.org' below 'Local Storage'.
6. Right-Click a key to delete.
7. Click 'Delete' on the popup menu.

The keys that starts with 'HV' are used in HVSTAT. The other keys are used in the other scripts. You have to know the key which the script uses. Maybe, you will know if you see the key and it's value.

I recommend that you take backup of the local storage before you try.
The local storage is '{System Drive}:\Users\{your login name}\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Local Storage\http_hentaiverse.org_0.localstorage'.

The script doesn't seem to run even outside of battle, though. I can "install" 5.4.1.4 [DEBUG4] on top of nothing for the same effect. So for now I'm still using 4.3.3 --> 5.4.1.4 [DEBUG4].

In v1.0.5 I modified this to work with HVSTAT by removing its capturing of button presses. I had left an orphaned call to that function which caused an error to register on java console. It still ran but the error might have unforeseen results. This fixes that by removing that orphaned call.

Yeah that was my bad.
Renamed to HVS_FIREFOX_5.4.1.9.user.js.
You should also be able to install it without installing anything else first.
Apparently Greasemonkey wasn't happy when I shrunk the code.
