What are Chinese-Style Sausages? I was buying lunch for myself and decided to go with Beef Ribs with Black Pepper on Rice (cause I wanted white rice and black pepper sauce) but then after having placed my order I noticed something called Chinese-Style Sausages with Vegetables on Rice and the question of just exactly what it is has been bothering me for like 30 minutes now, to the point where I can't even bring myself to Google it, that's how much it bothers me man.

P.S. The Beef Ribs weren't that great. Maybe I should ask for Beef Brisket with Black Pepper on Rice instead but oh wait they don't serve that.

Dear Blorg,

I am not sure, as there are several types of Chinese sausages. The two I'm most familiar with are the slightly sweet dried pork sausage that's often used in stir-frys and fried rice and then there's the spicy Szechuan style. I'm assuming it was the latter.
