Then Tenboro should make it conditional on the title change for the for anything higher than the title of Newbie or Beginner or Novice. That should cover the first 19 lvls.

I think you need at least lv.100 in order to survive. It's also the level which you get your first meaningful title.

But that's not the main problem.
Let's take a look at IW.
If there's difficulty for players to clear an IW (scaled to the player's level), how can the players improve their gears?
And if you can't improve your gears, how are you going to survive facing those monsters which hp is scaled to your level?

Huh, this would explain why I'm getting my ass handed to me today. It takes forever to clear one round and I'm running out of potions very quickly. Sucks to be mage now.

When I was below 100, doing IW was impractical at the time. When I was lvl 86, I could barely do the minimum rounds in arena, in IW the rounds where double. I would never finish them. I came to the conclusion already that IW was broken for low levels, this patch only made it worse. I didn't waste my time in IW after that, I still don't. It would have to fundamentally change to be fixed.

After I lose a battle and waste 3 blood token, i realized the now the interference makes all my skills now use almost double of the mana than what i use to need, why can't we have the updates posted in the news page, so i can notice them earlier.

you know if you wanted to screw over the higher levels pretty badly why not hook the HP bonus to powerlevel instead of monster level

Patch 0.6.2:
Nightmare is doable without to much concern.

Patch 0.6.3:
Nightmare became undoable due to having to rely on evading everything or die.
Heroic became the stable path to leveling.

Patch 0.6.4:
Heroic got wobbly as most things now need 3 casts as 2 casts brings them to agitated.

Future predictions:

Patch 0.6.5:
Heroic becomes undoable.

Patch 0.6.6:
Hard becomes wobbly.

Patch 0.6.7:
Hard becomes undoable.

Patch 0.6.8.:
Patch 0.6.4 till 0.6.7 get recalled.

Not that I was planning on doing anything higher than normal untill I get 50/50 scavenger once I reach lvl 205.

I remember a way to beat ff7 is try not to level up that much, because monsters are level scaled, even the boss. i believe it's also applied here, so people should stop level up that fast.

Scaling according to PL doesn't work that well. People still are going to play through tons of grindfest, unless you scale it as PL/100.
Which will then basically screws everyone in the same way.

I do think there're melees who whine about the hp buff...
