There seem to be enough Japanese players, so I think you can start Japanese threads in the HV subforums if you like. I had a look and there are Chinese threads there.

Eh, just to add something to this a bit. Before you go creating one, you should consult the HV mods (Scremaz, DJNoni, lestion) first to see if they are ok with it.

I would not be creating one, but I did plan to ask No-ni. Google Translate gave weird results when I included that sentence, so I decided to leave that part to the next post after getting some reply here. I have the impression that the users here do not really want to create a thread.

いくらローカルルールで日本語のスレ、と謳っていても主導者の警告は従わないとみんなが迷惑しそうかなぁっ
て思い…

そういや昔、(タグ使える掲示板で)htmlタグの閉じ忘れで大変なことをしでかした記憶ありますよ
何にしても掲示板の利用は難しいですねぇ
あと、言語の壁　あ、それがそもそもの発端だったかｗ

スペースバーが有得ない程にエビ反りしていたりする事があったりするが…

A bit of confusion here, I was asked the question, but I wasn't very clear in my response. I never poked anyone, I was referring to this thread where noni advised to go to the chinese discussion forums. I didn't know of any actual ruling off hand, though:
