It's all random plus luck, it all depends whether the prospective editor saw your bounty at the right time at the right mood

Again, depends on the editor and the length and difficulty of the doujin. I have an editor still working on a 10+ page doujin for 2 months already while another took 1 day to finish a 30 page doujin.

I don't know about most editors, but bounties for cleaning aren't very interesting. That's the most boring part of the job. With regular editing bounties we at least get a script, something to read out of it.

That redrawing stuff on the end is really nothing if you've done a few like it before because it's simple line work without the tedium of shading/matching colors.

need to hire an editor for a few works. basically we're speaking about decensoring and cleaning a few Black Dog's images. full list here or in the last link of my sig.
specified rewards are meant per single piece but they can be bargained. speed isn't a strict requirement.
