Do Japanese people make their own words sometimes. I found words like "乳肉" and "乳圧".
Or are those just forms of "乳の肉”　and "乳の圧" with removed "の" part?

I'm not sure if I did the correct translation of the following:

I'm not who this refers to.
The name of the smaller girl is Koiwai Yotsuba.
The other girl is called Fuka Ayase.
Dad is called Mr. Koiwai
So it's not the name of one of the characters.
Hmm. I have no idea.

Like I said, ちゃん(ど) should be ちゃんと. And ゴム is also slang (like 本番), and also should be in any [www.csse.monash.edu.au] decent dictionary.

yeah , am using Google translate and other websites such as [en.glosbe.com] http://en.glosbe.com and since my Japanese is so bad so am trying to improve it by translation

The first girl, Nonomura (野々村), is likely the class's health committee member but refuses to help collect semen because she has a boyfriend, so she asks the bespectacled class rep, Shiori (詩織), to take over her duty. Shiori seeks advice from her older sister Kaori, the heroine of the previous story (it's nice to see that Kaori and Akira are still together). The health committee members usually collect semen via fellatio, so Shiori first practices on Kaori's boyfriend, then on her classmates. Things escalate until the guys are banging Shiori and Nonomura joins in after getting aroused from watching Shiori. Anyway, just a suggestion based on my personal opinion. If you're still a beginner in one language, translating by yourself is not the best way to improve and learn. If you don't know basic grammar and at least some vocab, it's more likely that the result will not be really good and it may not even help you at all with the learning process (don't know if it could prejudice, but I think it's hard to be helpful).
I'm not trying to discourage you from translating, I'm just suggesting that you should stop trying to translate for now and focus on learning through grammar books and by reading easier books first.
By what you've shown here, I'm in doubt what's your true knowledge, but I'd guess that you still don't have basic knowledge to be able to read a kid's book.

Again, don't take this as a personal attack or as a discourage, take this as a possible hint of a wrong path that you may be taking (and people normally don't like bad translations).
BTW, is English your native language?
