Overall the idea was kept, but I'd change a few stuffs to keep closer to the original.
First panel:
- It's our third date and we're again at this manga cafe.
- Yes....we still haven't gone to any other place besides here for dating

Second panel:
- I also like movies but...
- Being suddenly invited to this place...
- Even though I was immersed in my wild expectations....

About your doubt, it's seems to be pretty much what you wrote. She thought that the guy invited her to the manga café to watch a movie in private so they could fuck (her wild expectations...don't know if I'd call that "girlish expectations") but that didn't happen. So her sex drive was high but it was not being satisfied. Under this condition, being forced to keep with a 健全なお付き合い (which I'm not really sure how to translate....a literal translation doesn't work so maybe "innocent relation" or "pure relation") would make it hard for her to hide her true nature which is that of a real pervert.
About 背徳感をかくせません, I read it as her saying that she won't be able to hide the fact that she has a preference for doing things that goes against the good morals of society.

背徳感をかくせません

In this context, the sentence means:
"I feel I'm not a proper person(/innocent) to (have a relation like this)."
