Actually, no. Just consider her to be saying "愛してるぜ". The question mark isn't really significant to the intended meaning.

So it's her saying "I love you" or "I really love you, you know?" to him? I was just wondering, since from the picture, I'd have guessed she's talking about that he must really love her (since on that page, he kissed her on his own accord).

Yes.

ぜ is like よ. Either of those is entirely the wrong sort of particle to use when actually asking a question. They don't really leave room for question (I think).

Yes, the question mark is not needed there. If you want to leave it as a question, then you could go with that question, but it's really just to emphasize her feelings for him. And I almost translated that chapter, but decided not to because I was too lazy to do some of the editing.

Can anyone please help me understand this one?

ワシは駄洒落が自分の顔の次に嫌いなんじゃぁぁ~い!!

Context: The old evil boss of an evil organization gets extremely mad at his underling and stabs him in the side of his head with a pen. The boss' blood pressure gets so high that blood starts spraying from the veins in his head while he is stabbing him and then saying this.

I'm guessing the boss is commenting that he hates the irony of his head bleeding too.
Is that about right?

QUOTE(mumei-chan @ May 12 2013, 18:28) *
I wasn't really sure about the 役とか part.

"役" just means "role" and this "役" means "role of her boyfriend".
So he means "I don't want to play a role of your boyfriend, but want to be a real boyfriend."

QUOTE(mumei-chan @ May 12 2013, 18:28) *
Also, same page, last bubble, "He he he I sure am popular, aren't I??", is this about correct here?

No.
Means "Now I know I've been loved by you".

QUOTE(mumei-chan @ May 12 2013, 18:28) *
Last bubble, I'm confused here. Usually, I'd expect "ぜ" with an "おう" verb ending, like "行こうぜ!". So what does it mean here? I'd think it's "Shall we go out with each other?" or "You really love me, huh?", but no idea :-/

"ぜ" is often used instead of "よ".
And this means rough/mannish/boyish talking (kinda male language).

QUOTE(mumei-chan @ May 12 2013, 18:28) *
Here, the "するな" confuses me, since I know it as "Don't ...!".

This isn't "するな" but "する + な".
And this "な" means kinda "I feel/think" or "don't you".
So she says "I feel something strange when my family name is called by you".

QUOTE(mumei-chan @ May 12 2013, 18:28) *
あ? 今 XXしたら!?

It's "動揺したろ?".

I don't think it's that layered...

I think he's just saying "The only thing I hate more than tom-foolery is looking myself in the mirror!"

That makes sense. Thanks a lot!
I think the guy really did make a bad pun before he got stabbed. I haven't seen 次 used like that before and I didn't notice the pun, so that threw me off a bit.

Edit:

Ah, thank you. I think he might actually be saying something like "I hate puns more than my own face!"
or "The thing I hate most - right after my own face - is puns!"
I think it's more likely the former.

Another problem.

Third panel from: https://e-hentai.org/s/a499fa0a1d/571357-55

What does the "サっし” from "サっしはつくけどな” means? Hopefully that will also make the next "いやか” make sense.

I'm back with another question.
What does ぶろんと mean?
As on p73 of the big project. I assume it's some kind of onomatopoeia.

Maybe you mean "ぼろんと"?
It means "come/flow off" and also "boing" as a onomatopoeia.

Hey guys (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

About to ready another script, as usual there's a couple sentences I'm struggling with :S

QUOTE
ゲーム中のサラへの言葉攻めで浮かびました。

Source: https://e-hentai.org/s/67ab2b7aa7/589266-26 (6th line, 2nd paragraph)

Right before that line, he's explaining the story/background (Sara gets knocked out of a tournament disappointing her family, a rich fatso lays his eyes on her during the tournament and asks her family to marry her, they accept) of the doujinshi.

What I'm not sure about is the"への" part.
Does he mean something like "it came to my mind (or to the character's mind) because of the aggressive talk towards Sara during the game" ?

I'm lacking some context here so I have no clue who he would be talking about (ie, who was giving Sara the aggressive talk) given those (への) particles, can't be the fat guy as they only meet later...
The stuff he's mentioning seems to be part of the visual novel only, I watched the whole anime and there was nothing about it (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/anime_cry.gif)

QUOTE
いきなり〆切3週間前とか。

Source: https://e-hentai.org/s/67ab2b7aa7/589266-26 (last line before the publication notes)

I'm assuming he's talking about the deadline for his next work (which he mentions just above), but I'm not sure what to make of いきなり there.
Does he simply mean that he had no notice/didn't know about that deadline?

Thanks for helping me out as always^^

The author just mentions "Sara was teased" and doesn't mention about other than that.
So I think no need to mention about it also in the translation.

He mentions "only 3 weeks left to the deadline of the next issue for the next event, from the publishing date of this issue".
He expresses "from the publishing date of this issue" as "いきなり".
So this "いきなり" means "though I've just finished this work, the next deadline will come soon".

Oh most definitely! I guess was just over-thinking it, afraid he could've been referring to some character from the novel^^"

I see, I wrongly read the 前 as "ago" while it was more like "before/till" (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/anime_cry.gif)

I also couldn't read that much into いきなり, now that you pointed that out it's much more clear !

Thanks as always Thira! *bow* (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/happy.gif)

Hello,
again, I have some questions:

1. https://e-hentai.org/s/964a98eb0f/435339-202, last panel, especially the 1st bubble, what exactly does she mean here?

Context is, that there is the MC (not shown on this page), and the glasses girl on this page is her girlfriend, but they hadn't sex yet. Instead, there's currently a blonde haired girl staying at the MC's home, and the MC actually had sex with that blonde girl. The couple shown on this page (the guy's name is 亮) are friends of the MC and the glasses girl and are kinda talking about their relationship.
So I was wondering, what does the girl here (the one without glasses) say/think about the MC? Is she saying he's doing something bad? Or is she saying that it's only natural if he had sex with the blonde girl? Is she judging/defending/condemning the MC's actions?
The sentences itself should be "It's about the feelings, the feelings! If you live, you're gonna do it with -someone-, right?" and "For me, too, you're my third boyfriend, but if I loved you, I'd want to be/stay together with you.", but I'm not sure :-/

2. https://e-hentai.org/s/4ca19c57c7/435339-205, very last hand-written text.
I guess he's talking about "weed sandwiches" (雑草サンド), so I was wondering, is this really correct here? Are these kind of sandwiches popular in Japan or so?

Thanks a lot in advance!

She means "ppl often have sex not only with the best partner".
Also this means "even if Keisuke have sex with Maria, it doesn't mean he doesn't love Miho".

Shingo believes himself to be "wild".
So, maybe, he believes Miho's "vegetable sandwiches" to be "weed sandwiches"?

Well anyway, I think "weed sandwiches" is good translation.

Hm, ok, so the sentence is like "In the end, it's about the feelings, the feelings! About sex, well, if you live, it's normal to want to have sex, right? (But that doesn't mean you wouldn't love the other person)"
And the 2nd sentence would be like "For me, too, you're the third person I had sex with, but since I love you, I'd want to be/stay together with you." as an example of what she said.
Is this about right?
