The word "酔いネタ" doesn't have exact meaning.
Some ppl means "an idea which was come up during drunk".
Some others means "an accident during drunk".
Also some others means "a scenario with some drunk characters".

It means "the idea has been left for long time, so it's obsolete and not refined".

But in the context, that "ポルチオ" doesn't have exact meaning.
So you can simply translate it as "womb".

At least, I was on the same project and translated as so. lol

And while I'm at it, I'd like to ask how is "捧げ物” used. When someone says: "私は君の捧げ物です。” does it mean "I'm your offering/sacrifice" (as in, you're using me as an offer/sacrifice) or "I'm an offering/sacrifice for you" (as in, someone or myself is using me as an offer/sacrifice for you)?

I'm feeling lazy at the moment, so I don't have a full answer, but した is part of やどした (a past-tense verb). Figures. There totally are two したそのs. =/ In any case, it's just a verb phrase describing the その phrase...

That's why I said "need the context".

"の" of (non-post positional) particle has many meanings.
Like: "of", "by", "for"

And good writers of Japanese often reword "の" into different words for preventing from misunderstanding of readers.

BTW, "(A)を(D)への捧げ物です" is unnatural Japanese.
"を" is particle for an object. Not for a subject.

Just a contraction. たまには -> たまにゃ. I don't know if it commonly comes out exactly like that IRL, but that's the idea.

Actually, no. Just consider her to be saying "愛してるぜ". The question mark isn't really significant to the intended meaning.
