That is a interesting way to split the sentence.
I assumed that the break point would be after the 仕方ぇな with the "さっきから自分で腰振ってノリノリの癖に" being still part of it.

The difficulty with this artist is sadly that he does not use the dot to end a sentence or comma to indicate Brakes. For ! he tends to still use ッ and for sometimes even the ? on question sentences, but otherwise it is hard to find out when a normal sentence ends.


I did read once that "仕方ぇな/仕方ねぇ" can be used as "Alright / ok then" but it still lingers in my mind that it mostly is also used for "There is no other way / it can't be helped.

I think the most important thing to consider is how those things would be said in the output language of the translation.

As you have pointed out, for most of the cases you have linked, go/going/gone/went is more suitable than come/coming/came.
But there are cases in English where come is equally or more suitable. For example:
J: 彼が急に入って来た。
E: He suddenly came into the room.

J: あとで俺の家に飲みに来ない？
E: Why don't you come to my house for a drink later?

I think that rather than trying to establish inflexible 1:1 rules for translation, it's easier to understand the meaning and intent of the original text and express that in the translated text.
