Those characters don't appear elsewhere in the book, so I feel that it's possible they're parodies of characters from some other work.

You do not appear to understand what is important for deciphering unknown text like this. When you get sick and visit a doctor, do you tell the doctor that he cannot examine any part of your body other than the one finger you wish to show him because you believe he cannot learn anything from examining the rest of your body?

1) Every writer has their own patterns for writing. With only one bubble, it is impossible to identify what the writer's tendencies are when slurring words. With only two pages, there are still not enough samples for a truly confident guess. Knowing who the creator is and being able to refer to their other works can also provide valuable clues.

2) Every established character has their own speech patterns. If you do not provide information about which character it is, it is much harder to tell if certain words are likely to be correct because they match the character's speech patterns.

3) Context is important. Without being able to see the full picture, she could very well have been complaining about her knees hurting while she's giving the blowjob. When two characters are talking to each other, like in this set, knowing what other lines are being spoken or thought is also important.
