やらされ is the verb "yaru". The last syllable is omitted there. やらされ(て) or　やらされ（た）.
Also 今はお風呂にも入れないのに has no "not allowed" there. Ok, forcing a little you could, in fact, say that she is not allowed to take a bath, but what she's saying is that she can't take a bath (most likely because of where they are). So I'd translate that to "And today I can't even take a bath...". Like I said, you could use "not allowed", but it'd give a different idea.

Yes, I know that the "patch" should decensor the gore portion of the images. What I don't get is why the author instructs people to overwrite folders. If it's just a standalone CG pack, then it's pretty useless to overwrite the folders, just open the images from the "patch" directly.
Unless this CG set comes in those webpages formats, where they include a .html file that binds all images together or is part of a game which has the pictures package separated (which I believe is pretty uncommon nowadays).
