The man has indeed made the girl intoxicated with alcoholic drinks (which he lied to her about and called fruit juice on page 5), but in this situation, it seems more logical that the "expensive drinks" the man mentions are sexual-performance drinks.

In the panels you posted initially, the man is already "at his limit", so logically, he is talking about what he needs to help him exceed his limit (have more sex). Looking through the manga, there's no evidence that getting more drunk helps the man perform better, and in real life, getting more drunk typically leads to worse performance. Making the girl more drunk with more alcohol at this point doesn't help him either, unless it's his fetish to get her even more drunk.

The two lines I posted were only meant to be examples of how the line can be interpreted in multiple ways if you use more in the way you did in your translation.

I see what you mean, there had been a mention on page 26 of the guy mentioning:
まあ催淫効果はあるけどねえ "Well it does have a aphrodisiac effect,"'
こんなにえっちにはならないんだよ "but it should not make you as horny as you are"
So I guess It could also be alcohol with aphrodisiac effect or some sorts.
