It's not wrong but "genetically predisposed" is a mouthful, unsexy and using this phrase does not appear to be particularly necessary for the themes of this manga. Like if there was a short introduction about genetics and how different humans have different genetic predispositions, and the rest of the manga is about different girls with different genetic predispositions, it would be a good choice. I feel that something like "Momo-chan is a natural born cum dump" would work just as well and be easier to typeset.

It's not something you say to friends visiting your private house, so I'm not sure if the doujin author misused it, the translation manual linked below has it wrong, or there's more loose usage of it in Okinawa. The other example I could find of this exact phrase in the spelling used in the doujin was also in a shop setting.
