The problem with the last panel is that those are very generic phrases with many ways to translate them. Your (?) translations are not wrong, they just don't fit the story.

What should be improved in Panel 2?

I'd suggest grouping these two lines into one sentence.
Instead of negative/sad tone, context-wise the meaning is closer to "unenthused"

Suggestion: Are you not interested in my butt/ass?

The "tte" form here is to quote the other person in the previous line. "oma..." is "omae" cut off, and this is the speaker being defensive and about to yell at the other person. Literally "You're saying "butt/ass"?"
Suggestion: "Your butt/ass"...? (You can add the first word of the next sentence here to connect the two.)
