I would like to ask about a few meanings. My japanese is not perfect and I would love to have an better understanding of some words.

First I have the question about the word 嘘 (uso) which I know means "lie"
Now for context example. They guys says "Look at how wet you are" and the Girl replies "Uso".
Would it then rather be translated as "That's a lie" "you are lying" or as "No way"

My next question is about when a girl says "ダメ....中は" or "いや....中は"
This 中は (naka wa) I understand is as "Inside is". Would there be a better way for that?

thank you so much, this passage mostly makes sense now. Japanese handwriting is sometimes awful to figure out.

Also, I have a couple of passages of Journal entries. I need some advice on.
