What's happening is that Akiko, first says that Nayuki didn't have to say that her complains were that of a drunkard, and then she explains what her complains were to Yuuichi, whom agree and incentives the scolds. Then, Akiko proceeds saying that if Nayuki accuses that she is drunk, then she will make a move on Yuuichi and use the "being drunk" statement as an excuse for doing so. Next, Yuuichi replies that he never said that Akiko is a clingy type drunk, but more like a fawning type drunk.

Something like that?

BTW, I was thinking about the first page again and it came to me the possibility that when Akiko says

she could be referring to how she interpreted Yuuichi's response in the previous panel, which she could have interpreted as if Yuuichi was actually saying that he thinks that Akiko is a "絡み上戸". This makes more sense with what he says in the next page.

Yes, this is a response to what the guy said a few pages before.
Nana asked him if her body made him feel good and he replied that it did but that she also should enjoy the act. Now, here she's asking (herself) if by enjoying herself (and maybe showing to him that she is), she would had a chance with him.

The "problem" is that there's no English term (afaik) for female cousin. It's simply cousin, whereas 従姉妹 means female cousin　（although the japanese term for male cousin reads the same, it's written differently).

In that case, if it's the guy talking, the whole scene would be:
The guy asks if Nana wants to try being creampied.
Then, the guy says, as an argument for the creampie, that he already did it on Aki.
Lastly, the "だってぇ…きもちぃんだもん" is most likely Aki saying that being creampied is good, as an explanation for why she let him creampie her before.

I've been typesetting this gallery, and there has been some disagreement over [www.mediafire.com] this text box. (that's from page 145)

This is the translation I was given:

The issue is different here.
The first two lines are what that sentence is made of. A two parters, starting with the same word, otoko, 男, a male human being (translated 99/100 as "man"). The problem is the particle following it: を makes the previous speech part the OBJECT of an action, while the が from the second part makes it the ACTIVE SUBJECT of the action. There's a chiasmus at work in here, where man is surely the OBJECT in the first sentence while he probably is the SUBJECT in the second. I see probably because が is a son of a bitch of a particle that can mean many, many things.
If I had a gun pointed at me I'd translate it like "Even though it has never known any man so far, no man could resist it right now.". Something like "this is an unexperienced pussy but men would jump it instantly". Unfortunately that が might also be something else that I don't know about, but surely "man" is not the subject of the first sentence.
Following this, the second part makes more sense, saving the subject from the first sentence.
