I'm having a hard time translating オス and メス to english. Usually, I just leave it at man/woman, whore/bull, bitch, whatever fits, but I'd like to hear what other english terms the translators here use, cause it comes up a lot in hentai. There might be a more convenient english and general purpose term.
Example sentence:

It doesn't work in English like in Japanese, so you have to decide by case.
You don't use オス/メス for humans, it's meant for animals only (and plants…).
So when it's used on humans it's most of the time somewhat insulting.
Often like メスの豚 → bitch (Japanese uses pig instead of dog)
In your case, I'd probably write something like "fucking like animals" / "breeding". But it depends on the broader context how much of an insult (if any) it is supposed to mean. Maybe it's just to highlight the animalistic side of fucking.

I think it's no special grammar. It's usual て–いる with a すら squeezed between.
So it's just a bit of stressing, like: "To some extend, she was even in a masochistic state of mind."
