バイト先 is just the "location of the part time job", i.e. the place where you work part-time. It's not like バイト前 or バイト後 or something like that. 先 is like "destination".
So it would just be "Doing it with the mature woman from my part time job".

もらっちゃって is もらってしまって, where しまう adds the nuance of doing something inadvertently.

Um, I'm having a bit of trouble translating something for the first time. It's not translating from Japanese itself, but rather the text. It's one of those bits of text that aren't in a speech bubble but instead has a white outline and goes over a picture. Does anyone have advice as to how to replace the text there without messing with the image itself?

Edit: To clarify, I'm aware of what the text itself says, the problem I'm facing is that the text goes over a part of the image. This is more of a Photoshop issue, but I'm not sure as to how to get rid of the text over the image without messing with the image.

Not to be that guy, but you should probably post this as an independent topic in the forum. That being said, depending on how much of the image the text goes over, I usually try to use a combination of eraser+healing brush tool+adding overglow/stroke layer style to cover the original text. If the text is very large/cover much of the image, I try to use a large font size+adding stroke layer style to cover most of it, while ignoring the rest. If you want to be really professional, you need to learn how to redraw, which I don't know how.

Wondering if anybody could translate the 2 menu items here;
