1. That would make more sense. I should remember to look out for possible author typos in future when something REALLY doesn't make sense. I even made such a typo in my own question with 追いてますか　when I meant to type 置いてますか! Google IME also tries to give me 置きて first for おきて, even though that seems to make no sense. Dammit Google.

2. I could see that if he said something like "惜しいなぁ？" or if the question mark weren't there, but just plain "惜しい？" seems like he's actually asking a question.

Ah, I think you're right about よろず本. I should have just tried Googling the whole phrase. So he meant to do a crossover but just ended up doing some Haganai.

You may be right about line 5 as well. It seems like an odd expression, but my guess was also an odd expression, and yours scans a little bit better grammatically to my eye. I guess it could also be "a work that enlivens one's ero(erotic feelings)" (that is to say, Haganai makes you horny). So perhaps:

1) it's definitely でも　あと　もうちょっと　なんだ, so it's probably something like
'but I'm getting so close...' (to beating the game/level, I assume)

2) 夏バテ is a catch all term for 'getting sick/fatigued because of summer heat', so in this context the sentence means something like
'She's at her part time job, seems like her coworker is sick from the heat'

That one I'm not sure about either. I often use ejje.weblio.jp's example sentence dictionary in those cases, since it provides a wealth of example sentences with English translations, though of course those sentences are biased toward the formal side, and strongly away from anything sexual.

The other sentences are all for ガッツポーズ which is obviously different. Both examples are about eating greedily.

I'd say "greedy" is a safe bet, and probably with a metaphorical implication of "eating". On the previous page, it looks like he went a bit too quickly with her, and she pushed him away and left to "take a shower" (obviously an excuse), and then he notices that she's sweating as she leaves. I think it makes sense that he'd ask himself: "Am I being too greedy?"

Also, for the previous pages, I just noticed that "The blood is pounding in my ears" breaks the connection with "Not just my head... this too." so you should probably stick with "The blood is rushing to my head" or something similar.
