Should be third person, Japanese people rarely refer to themselves with honorifics. I personally just keep the honorifics (-kun), but you can skip them if you want to make it sound more natural in English. -kun doesn't mean "Mister" though, it's more like "boy".

Yes, i got that too but apparently in japan while the literal translation of Shusseki bango (出席番号) is attendance number, it should really be translated into "student number" or "student ID" or even clunkily like "student attendance number" to appropriately get the meaning across.

I translated the first part as "You tricked me, you bastards...", but I'm not sure how to translate "何が友達作りだ...". My guess is "What does this have to do with making friends?".

Page 2. 友達の証... これが？

The translation would be "Proof of our friendship...? This?" or "Proof that we are friends? This?"?

Context: a girl called "Yozora Mikazuki" (a female character from a series called Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai) is getting fucked by three male schoolmates. I guess they lied to her telling her that they're gonna be her friends, fucked her and then telling her that it was a proof of friendship.

I'm not completely sure about the two missing lines, but I think I have good guesses:

3. I had thought I'd be releasing all sorts of books, but I ended up with just a Haganai book.
(Literally he's saying it ended up becoming a Hagani book by the time he noticed, but I think the idea is that he intended to release more varied stuff but ended up doing something really mainstream. He then apologizes for only watching anime, which is presumably why he had Haganai on the brain. Also, you have an extra に in 本にになってました)
