Kind of more of a question of how to write this... It's a bit hard to even attempt to recognize the characters since it's in a handwritten font. I have this, 또죽어나거게나, but I'm sure I'm screwing up some characters.

The part I don't understand is about the "private room" (個室). From the fact there's only one private shower available, I guess there's only one private room ? But it doesn't make sense for a dormitory to only have one private room, no ? Is it like his own private room, or is it something like a Guest room in the dormitory ?
Or maybe I'm wrong and there's a better translation than "Private room" ? Sorry about that, I'm a bit lost about it.

The characters are from Kyoto, so their dialect doesn't help either.

You're probably going to have to modify it to make it sound smoother, but it means something like "you just can't say anything if the girl that you like says it like that," or "you can't help but be speechless if your crush tells you something like that.

Small advice, you have to pay more attention to which characters are small and which characters are normal sized.
You should've transcribed it as

For the context, in his first sentence: "This man said on the net..." he's referring to a guy who fucked the same girl (who is a known streamer) in the prequel.

Coming on his 2nd sentence, I don't get it: the ガチイキ troubles me, I don't know what it means and can't find anything that fits correctly. Are ガチand イキ separated or a single word. In both case, what does it mean ? Also, what does -しまくって stands for ?

3rd sentence: "He said that you're a (hardcore) masochist."

For the following sentences, I'll just provide what I translated. I know that something seems off, but I don't know where and why.
"So...for example... In middle school you were getting bullied because a 25cm long dick got in your mouth.
And they used you like a tool as you were a masochist whore.
