According to info on name.sijisuru.com/Pname/pdetail?pname=%E8%8A%B1%E7%A9%82 most common way to read 花 is "Hana," while "Ka" is slightly out of norm, so natives might read it has "Hanaho" by instinct until they're told otherwise.

I'd think that's "Kaho", if no furigana is given.

EDIT: Figured it out. The kana and conjugation used for イカされる confused me into thinking it was a different word instead of shortened causative-passive of 行く. I feel silly now, but at least I know what she's saying.
