Don't take this as definitive, but...

- Indeed... Nothing but places that Gamon-tan can't reach, fully breaking me in...
- Definitely not a premature ejaculator
(Context for why the last line is the first page of the doujin.)

- That brat, what the hell part of that was alright?
(As far as I can tell, while interrogative words by themselves line up in meaning between Jap and Eng, some figures of speech don't map so directly sometimes depending on context. That would be what you're missing, I guess.)

- But scraping from the top until the bottom will become a habit.
(This is a bit overly literal and you probably want to rephrase it a bit. He's basically talking about her getting hooked on the way of fucking he's getting her to do.)

I don't envy you the task of deciphering some of the distorted moaning speech she's making, btw.

The male lead is named 春馬 so I searched it up on jisho and it gave me 4 possible ones:
Shunme/Haruuma/Haruba/Haruma

And the female lead is named 花穂 jisho gave me 3:
Kasui/Kaho/Hanaho

I checked the whole tank for any furigana and didn't find any, so I'm assuming it's a common enough name to not need it.
But I'm not a native speaker so I'm stuck.
Personally I'm leaning Haruma/Kaho but I'd really appreciate someone's help on this.

I feel like there isn't any real correct answer if they don't give you furigana.

As for male lead, I agree with Haruma.

As for female lead, either Kaho or Hanaho can be used.

According to info on name.sijisuru.com/Pname/pdetail?pname=%E8%8A%B1%E7%A9%82 most common way to read 花 is "Hana," while "Ka" is slightly out of norm, so natives might read it has "Hanaho" by instinct until they're told otherwise.
