You got the intention right. She knows that she's doing something forbidden, probably betraying her boyfriend, but she still lusts for it. The sentences show her inner fight.

Like:

I'll divide this in two parts: one with written kanji that I can't recognize and second, the sentences:

I) Written Kanjis

That seems to be fair, but I don't understand why she came up with this last line. Any ideas?
