Onomatopoeia are rather flexible in Japanese and can be used as adverbs, verbs, or adjectives.

One of the speech bubbles (the upper-rightmost one) is from the mother protesting. It gets interrupted by her son. He's being sarcastic and is basically calling his mother out for being a hypocrite, because she's been fucking his uncle already. The same "brother" at the end of the story who's worried that he might be the father of the baby.

Son: Ohhh... so it's okay when you do it with Uncle?
Mother: Gasp!?

But in a sex scene, when a woman says "put (something) on (properly)", it almost invariably refers to a condom. And (within the same context) when something gets "made", it almost always means a baby, i.e. get pregnant.

This is made 100% clear in the preceding page.

So...

Alright... this one needs a lot of context to explain. Most of which is provided in the prequel, "Selfie" (Jidori), in Comic Shigekiteki Squirt #8 (but there's a freakin' misprint in "Theyfie" in Squirt #11 that says the prequel is from Squirt #6 instead, causing me to waste time trying to locate said prequel.)

The girl is a total weirdo with a strange 'cam-whore' fetish (not strictly accurate, but that's the general gist). Her default expression looks like a nasty glare, so she has self-esteem issues arising from people talking about it behind her back. She gets her rocks off from filming and watching her own face while she has sex, because she feels she's "beautiful" (her words) that way. It's even better when she's fucking "uglies" (again, her words) and gets praised as beautiful by them.

And those middle-age dudes are taking advantage of her complex.

So, she wants to be filmed. It's not blackmail or anything. In "Theyfie" (the sequel), she's lured in by the 'professional'-grade filming equipment, since it would take a better picture than her cellphone camera.

(Also the girl slurs her words a lot and basically talks like a delinquent.)

More exhaustively, it can only refer to sushi fillings, news scoops, clues/evidence of criminal activities, story (fiction) ideas, joke material and internet memes (related to the joke usage). 「ネタにされる」 （“turned into material for something"), is even more limited, and usually means getting turned into "joke/meme material", i.e. becoming a laughingstock, the butt of a joke, the subject of an internet meme, etc.

I don't think it can be used to mean "fap material". That one usually gets written euphemistically as "side dish" (okazu).
