That still doesn't seem right. The first page and the last page are happening several days apart. There's nothing to indicate a flashback here. It seems to be simple chronological order.

Anyway, if he's telling her not to be gone long, wouldn't he say that at the end of his dialogue, not the beginning? I think your fist idea made more sense. That the far left bubble is calling her from out of the panel, she comes into the panel, and then he says some other stuff.

Sorry, I didn't read the whole chapter. I assumed it all happened within an hour and it kinda fitted nicely. But you have a fair point, he should've said it last if it were like I thought. Take the previous suggestion for the first page then.

I've never seen it before, but っぷり seems to be one of those colloquial suffixes, much like っぽい, but in this case meaning "manner of doing ____"

I guess the 勝手に is describing the action of the coworker who's impregnating the woman.
The sub clause directly in front of her is in passive (子作りされた) so I guess everything preceding it can be interpreted as passive too, eg the action of another person. Not sure if I get the grammar right though. It would be something like:

>An office lady in black stockings turned on by a coworker as he pleased and impregnated as planned.

Another, very unlikely option, would be that 勝手 means kitchen. Yeah, according to the dictionary it does so, never saw that used before though.
