Can anyone tell me what the following two sentences me?

1) この瞬間まではいつも答えが出でるのに
This sentence is preceded by the question "What the hell am I?"

2) 目が覚めたらきっとまた消えてしまう
This sentence comes directly after sentence 1

The context is a girl is helplessly having gangbang sex with a bunch of guys. She is addicted to the pleasure, and feels guilty about it.

What happened to this?

Thanks for the help, and sorry about that; I will add pictures in future questions.

Well I guess it's meant as this (though I can't check w/o context):

>Until this moment I always think I understand it,
>but the moment I open my eyes it's all gone again.

If your "What the hell am I?" is actually a "Where the hell am I?" then maybe:
>At this point I always realize where I am, …

その瞬間まではいつも答えが出てるのに
I always find an answer up to that point.

目が醒めたらきっとまた消えてしまう
But when I come back to my senses, I'm sure that answer will be gone.

There are a few spots in this doujin where I'm not very confident. I've kind of guessed as best I can...

[hitomi.la] https://hitomi.la/reader/1293425.html#383

[attachembed=134676]
よし!戻ってこい
OKAY! COME BACK

It seems simple, but why does he say modottekoi when she's already right there?

[hitomi.la] https://hitomi.la/reader/1293425.html#387

ふざけんじゃねぇこんなの生やしてッ
ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME!? FIRST YOU GROW THIS ON ME
こっちは大変なことになってるんだぞ!?
AND THEN YOU LEAVE ME LIKE THIS!?

Context: A succubus made her grow a dick, but left her unable to cum for 3 days. She's pissed.

[hitomi.la] https://hitomi.la/reader/1293425.html#390

こちとら丸々三日分溜まってんだ
RIGHT HERE, I'VE BEEN PLUGGED UP 3 WHOLE DAYS

Kochitora is an elaborate, old-fashioned way to say "I" or "we" right? I don't know how it's usually used.

[hitomi.la] https://hitomi.la/reader/1293425.html#394

一々反応がうるさいよ
EVERY SOUND OUT OF YOU IS ANNOYING

I kind of want to go with "response" or "reply" for hannou, but the character addressed hasn't said anything in a while, other than noises.

[hitomi.la] https://hitomi.la/reader/1293425.html#394

許してっ もう気持ちいいのいらないっ
FORGIVE ME. I DON'T WANT YOU TO MAKE MY FEEL THIS WAY

I understand the basic grammar of the second part, but the meaning just seems weird and my translation is a total guess.

[hitomi.la] https://hitomi.la/reader/1293425.html#398

一時はどうなるかと…
戻ってきてよかった!
OH! YOU'RE BACK!
IT'S BEEN AN HOUR...

I think I get it, but I'm not sure.

Not sure about this but I guess you could take examples in non-doujin mangas. In that case, I think they would use like "soft" or "plump", to match the feeling it creates...
But to "translate" it into a sound, I can only think of "boing", as you already said.

You'll have to invent your own sfx if you don't like the existing ones in English. That's how the Japs came up with their own sfx.

If you give us no context, as in "links to the gallery pages", so that we can look it up, how should we do anything more than guessing either?

Some guesses:
よし!戻ってこい
OKAY! COME BACK

I guess he said it before she arrived. Would use "Come here" probably.

許してっ もう気持ちいいのいらないっ
FORGIVE ME. I DON'T WANT YOU TO MAKE MY FEEL THIS WAY

>Cut it off, I don't want to feel good anymore.

一時はどうなるかと…
一時 usually means "temporarily" or "for a short time".

I need help with the page linked [hitomi.la] here.

I've already gotten help with some of this, but I didn't show the image and I'm not sure if the context changes anything, so can someone give me a translation for the text in the bottom three panels of the attached image? I've been confused on it for a while and want a more definitive translation.

Any help appreciated!

(The text confusing me is as follows

クチで受け止めるよりもずっと

頭がぼーっとする
イっちゃうかと思った

これ以上続けられたら私も危なかった)

Oh, sorry about that. Here it is starting on page 383:

I've been starting to think that too. I guess I'll go with it.

I was thinking about that for a the literal meaning, but "I don't want to feel good anymore." just seems bulky and weird to me in English. I think I will change "Forgive me" though. Probably not to "cut it off" but something with similar meaning. Thanks.

It's still hard to figure out. That's one is from the last page (398). I'll edit my first post with page links now.

The first sentence is a continuation of the text before. (This is one reason why we need context (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) )
Ah… it's so hot
even/way more compared to when I take it in my mouth.

I thought my head would go blank from cumming.

Any more than this and it would've been dangerous for me too.

よし!戻ってこい
OKAY! COME BACK

It seems simple, but why does he say modottekoi when she's already right there?
She just finished her run, wants to go for a break. The trainer is telling her to come back after.
Maybe:
Off you go, don't take too much time.

See also the last page, it has to fit with this.

[hitomi.la] [hitomi.la] https://hitomi.la/reader/1293425.html#387

ふざけんじゃねぇこんなの生やしてッ
ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME!? FIRST YOU GROW THIS ON ME

AND THEN YOU LEAVE ME LIKE THIS!?
Seems okay, would probably use "do you know how annoying this shit is" or so for the second part. Just make her be angry and it should be all right.

Context: A succubus made her grow a dick, but left her unable to cum for 3 days. She's pissed.

[hitomi.la] [hitomi.la] https://hitomi.la/reader/1293425.html#390

Don't know if old-fashioned, but at least it's colloquial (like 俺 I guess). Never heard it before though.
I have the full load of three days [in my balls],
I will take you until I'm completely satisfied.

[hitomi.la] [hitomi.la] https://hitomi.la/reader/1293425.html#394

一々反応がうるさいよ
EVERY SOUND OUT OF YOU IS ANNOYING

I kind of want to go with "response" or "reply" for hannou, but the character addressed hasn't said anything in a while, other than noises.
Every time the same reaction, it's getting on my nerves.
Aren't you supposed to be a succubus? It shouldn't be a problem no matter how much I cum inside you.

[hitomi.la] [hitomi.la] https://hitomi.la/reader/1293425.html#394

許してっ もう気持ちいいのいらないっ
FORGIVE ME. I DON'T WANT YOU TO MAKE MY FEEL THIS WAY
In response to the prev sentence:
No, it's enough…
I don't need any more sex.

気持ちいい is used as sex, the thing that succubi need.

I understand the basic grammar of the second part, but the meaning just seems weird and my translation is a total guess.

[hitomi.la] [hitomi.la] https://hitomi.la/reader/1293425.html#398

OH! YOU'RE BACK!
IT'S BEEN AN HOUR...

I was wondering for a moment what happened to you. [As in: why didn't you return earlier]
I'm glad you're back.

See first bubble of chapter.

I think I get it, but I'm not sure.

As expected, young girls are great. I can't even compare her to my wife.

You simply can't say anything against our young and beautiful female nurses inside the clinic.

(I'm not too sure about the second sentence)

Thanks a lot Shapes, especially for page 394. I think I understand it a lot better now.

That still doesn't seem right. The first page and the last page are happening several days apart. There's nothing to indicate a flashback here. It seems to be simple chronological order.

Anyway, if he's telling her not to be gone long, wouldn't he say that at the end of his dialogue, not the beginning? I think your fist idea made more sense. That the far left bubble is calling her from out of the panel, she comes into the panel, and then he says some other stuff.

For this quote is 頭がぼーっとする modifying イっちゃう? How do we know from the grammar that she is saying her head is going blank FROM cumming? I can't find grammar rules explaining this online, and I though you would need a te-form or から/ので to link the verbs for a sentence like this.

You know because she says 1. that her head is going blank/she's drifting off and 2. that she was just about to orgasm. This leaves you with no other explanation why her head would be going blank unless it was established she's drunk or something before anything sexual even started, and even then you wouldn't chain the sentences together like this.

The truth is that in casual japanese, which is pretty much anything that isn't an offical goverment or company document, context is just as important as grammar. probably even more actually. The way the language is structured allows you to skip over so much shit you'd have to write out in most western languages. You can have a sentence that consists of nothing but a single verb while still being grammatically correct.
