Hey, I'm wondering if anyone can help me make sense of these two phrases:

I have a very... very rough understanding of what it's trying to say, something about "rubbing" cuz I see the characters for "suri suri" in there, and something about "healing"(?).

Whatever it is, I can't really make much sense out of it. If someone could help, that's be greatly appreciated.

Does one use penis, dick or cock depending on the 'mood' or it's based on each translator's personal preferences?
