I'm assuming that なろう is referring to Shōsetsuka ni Narō, which is a Japanese web novel publishing site. At first I thought it was related to なる, but I couldn't find any way for it to make sense like that.

That's not much of a context, see my signature.

いく is used as "to cum / climax" a lot, いける would be "can cum", and いけない "can't cum".

Well, at least that makes two of us lol. おなろう is from オナる, which is slang term for masturbating. I figure that オナろう probably means something like "let's masturbate". Either way, I appreciate the help.

To add on to that, [jref.com] here's something about the んだから at the end. Though, I think that part of it was already implied pretty well in Shapes' translation.

Judging from the hearts next the bubbles, I think it's the former.

I would go for "immense/intense", "vast", "incredible" probably. 凄い is more a term for astonishment, it's not necessarily positive or negative.

Unless I'm mistaken, there's some Kansai dialect (やんけ and the で in しとらんで), and some slang (つるぺた) in there, and the guy is of course speaking in a casual old guy way, too. So I guess one of those things was the problem you were having?

Ooh, thanks a lot! My problem was pretty much a combination of everything. I suck at slang, I suck at dialects, and I have zero knowledge with the way he's talking right now. If it was just slang or a certain dialect, I would have been able to piece it together, but with this trio combination, I might as well be reading Chinese. Thanks again.

Wow, apparently I'm an idiot when it comes to english as well considering I read "おマセ" as precious instead of precocious when i was piecing it together. I was adding more problems for myself.......

That's the abbreviation for 考えておく. It'd translate as "I'll think about it".

Hmmm, that could work, and Jisho.org has an entry for "尾ひれがつく", which means to embelish. Maybe it's some abbreviated form of "尾ひれがついている"? Googling gives me 2 results for "尾ひれがついる", so it's possible
