I think Interspecies parent and child short stories collection is more appropriate.

Now, can I get some help with this?

[imgur.com] https://imgur.com/a/ViapS1X

I think 一回 here means masturbation, but I'm not sure since I couldn't find anything.

I think it means "climax", "cumming one time".

Need some help with this one. Thanks.

Here's a transcript:

Bubble 1: 希海さんがどんな男とシテても...
Bubble 2: オレでオナニーしてくれて...
Bubble 3. こうして触れさせてもらえて
Bubble 4: とりあえず希海さんにオレを繋ぎ留められてるだけで...オレ...

Especially with the last line "希海さんにオレを繋ぎ留められてるだけで...オレ..."." I'm not sure what "繋ぎ留める" means in this context.

For context, the manga is [越山弱衰] おノゾミの結末 (COMIC アンスリウム 2019年5月号). The milf in pic is having sex with other men while thinking of the young lad in the same pic. She was caught masturbating while saying his name moments before this pic.

Here's my try on it (thx for the context). Lots of passive makes it pretty difficult.

First literally:
Bubble 1: 希海さんがどんな男とシテても...
Kikai-san is, no matter with which man she does it…
Bubble 2: オレでオナニーしてくれて...
receiving masturbating through me
Bubble 3. こうして触れさせてもらえて
receiving being made feel like this
Bubble 4: とりあえず希海さんにオレを繋ぎ留められてるだけで...オレ...
in the first place it's like I'm being restrained by Kikai-san only… I…

Proper English:
No matter with which man Kikai-san does it…
it's always like she's masturbating to me.
Being used in that way…
it's like actually I'm the one being bound by her… I…

As far as I see in the dict 繋ぎ止める means "tie, bind, restrain" like bondage with a rope. I hope mental version is used in Japanese like in English. 繋ぎ留め られて + いる is passive form + continuous action. The subject of the corresponding active phrase is marked by に, thus the subject is Kikai-san. 希海さんがオレを繋ぎ留めている.

Thanks. I wasn't sure if "繋ぎ止める" was used in a literal sense.

On second thought the last line still confuses me.

"とりあえず
希海さんにオレを繋ぎ留められてるだけで...オレ..."

Since it's not the literal rope-meaning kind of binding, can another word be used here? I don't really see the guy being restrained or being bound by the woman in the context here.

I combed through a few dictionaries, and japandict and ejje suggests

"to secure (trust, patronage of customers, etc.); to keep (an employee, someone's interest, etc.); to save (someone's life)"

and weblio suggests

"to create social or emotional ties"

I'll ask around and see if I can figure this out.

If it's a doujin, I would guess this would be the title:
Original work [based on] Touhou Project [by] Team Shanghai Alice

For
むっ... ちリ...
The "む" is usually associated with Squishy sounds, or maybe rubbing, it's hard to say without context. You should really post a link to the page in question, sfx are very context heavy sometimes

For this page, I can't quite tell what the kanji is on the left, and for the right I don't understand of the meaning of "18時メシ"
The context is that his thoughts/memories (right) are being overwritten with the thoughts on the left as part of a brainwashing thing.

Anyone know what the bottom right is?

I think I've discerned what the last kanji might be either 通 or 逸,
but I'm unsure if the first one is older/alternative version of 開 or not.
(開通 means opening of services (like road or telephone lines))

Here is the sentence 貸し出し延滞で他の生徒にかかる謎惑や備品代だってバカにならないんですよ.

I see "overdue loans", "equipment fees", and "students", but can't make sense of the whole sentence. Please help.

For me it looks like 向通. Don't see how to fit it in there tough.
(The only composition of these kanji I could find was this: 双方向通信 → Bidirectional communication)

飛ばされた is past tense passive for 飛ばす. One of the meanings for 飛ばす (let fly) is "To transfer (to a less important post), to send away (e.g. to a provincial branch), to demote." 体 means body like you said. I would go with this:
>In her previous school she taught physical education "with her body", so she was tranfered to this school, you know?

Well, as no context is given this is guess into the blue.

>Of course we can't overlook how he troubles the other students with the overdue loans or the thing with the equipment fees.
ばかにならない means "Something not insignificant, not to be sneezed at."

胸がすく means "To feel relieved, to feel satisfied, to feel refreshed."
How about:
>I felt totally relieved.
Tweak it a bit for the context.
