I try to read it again, but I get the feeling something's off. Maybe because of these lines:

I don't know the context, but JadedNetwork lists this as a Yawn or a sigh. Though I thought it was a sneeze at first, due to it sounding similar to "Atchoo"

If this is someone crying, "Waah!" is a similar english equivalent. And you can just draw out the 'a' to your desired length.

I usually don't touch moans. You can look for some of my translations and see if that's not too strange for you. If you really want to translate them, ignore the Japanese first and make a rewrite to English. Then check if it kind of matches.
