I don't understand what, "エチエチ", "キタ" and "wwww" stands for in this context ?

Also, later in the doujin in the intense sex scene when he fucks this girl, he keeps saying "ゼハ", what does it means ? Could it be something like: "take this"?

エチエチ - Incredibly lewd
キタ - Literally 来た, but used when excited/elated about something occurring or appearing
wwww - It's just laughing out loud. Sometimes you'll see typical seedy characters (e.g. otaku or just characters who are jerks) laughing at pretty much everything they say in hentai... This is all slangy stuff so I'd guess the character is meant to be sort of like a basement-dwelling loser type character who laughs at his own words a lot.

Also, later in the doujin in the intense sex scene when he fucks this girl, he keeps saying "ゼハ", what does it means ? Could it be something like: "take this"?

I don't think I've seen this before, but I would guess it's just panting. ゼー and ハー are just panting / hard breathing sounds by themselves so I'd guess it's just fast-paced hard breathing.

Either the order of the speech bubbles is confusing, or the "appended" speech bubble from Atra is supposed to come after Lafter's question about hiding her face.

Or am I completely mistaken about who is hiding what face?

いいか in a context like this isn't asking a question to another person; it's more like talking to yourself. It's kind of like shrugging your shoulders and saying "Eh, I guess it's fine." or "I guess it'll do." or "I'll just go with it." or something along those lines depending on context.

Anybody knows what "のじゃロリ" means and how to translate that?

I think most people just leave it as "noja loli" - it just refers to loli characters that use archaic speech patterns (in particular though, using "noja" at the end of sentences).

I think a decent amount of people would understand what it means if you left it as is. For example, this virtual youtuber is somewhat well-known, but there's also artists like Suzune Rai that have done a series of stories based on a noja loli character. I'm guessing some of the Towako releases also have noja loli characters but I can't recall off the top of my head.

It could be ひとたち I guess. In which case the text is saying something along the lines of "I'll keep going like this and get fucked a lot today by other people so praise me, onii-chaaan"

The じとだち is a word that's been slurred slightly, so try to think of something that fits best there (with those characters) and makes sense in context if ひとたち doesn't.
