It does modify 満たして but you are slightly confused about what the sentence means. In hentai, you'll often find unsaid/implied references to penises (Xの with an implied object that is left out of the text). So 坊やの is referring to his penis (the で is saying the means by which 満たして will occur is the boy's penis).

If に is being used, then I'm rather inclined to think that the speaker is wishing, not actually commanding, for her child to become　ふさわしい　and 強い (just as if she was going to say なるように)

Anyway, just adding my thoughts, might be the character's way of speaking or just the author's style. Just write it off as something along the lines of "More! As expected of my strong child/ mommy's strong child" idk lol

My guess:

私の子に相応しく強くなれ is like 私の子のように相応しく強くなれ.
As my child, (you have to) become adequately strong.

The もっと in front is a different sentence: "Harder!"

Small question, a character in a work I'm translating says the term "ボクチン" a few times.

Is this a cutesy way of saying "My penis"? or is it a cutesy way of referring to himself? Contextually both would make sense.

So google translate has a feature where you can draw the kanji and it'll try to figure out what it is, and stroke order doesn't matter with it.

As well this site lets you pick different parts of kanji, and it will display all kanji that include those "radicals"
