I'm a bit stuck on multiple lines a couples characters say while they're aheoging. I understand a lot of words are stretched by their sounds, but I'm not sure if it's just onomatopoeia or slurred words.

1.
ひッ
やッ...ぎっ！？
いぎイィいい！？

I get the last line is about it being good, but I'm stuck on the rest.

2.
いぎっ
はひッ
あ...ッ (Aaahh?)
あひィイッ (Ayee?)

3.
は。。ッひッ
あひァあァ

ッはァア♡
んあぁあッ♡

The bottom part just sounds like screaming.

Some of those might be the slurred words, but I can't judge without seeing the images.

Bonus.
The was a bubble was a long string of あ’ｓ except some あ’ｓ had an accent mark (I.e, the small symbol that's on げ　ぐ　ぜ　etc, don't know the proper name.)
I just intrepreted it as "AAAHHH" but I'm still curious as to what it means. I can't find the symbol in my character set.

In informal writing, dakuten is occasionally used on vowels to indicate a shocked or strangled articulation; for example, on あ゙ or ゔ. Dakuten can also be occasionally used with ん (ん゙) to indicate a guttural hum, growl, or similar sound.

I have three lines in consecutive order:
私の身を案じて今まで黙っていた様だ
その彼女に妹だけは助けてほしいと懇願された
返答は言葉にならなかった

I interpret them as:
I was anxious and kept silent.
She only begged for her sister to be saved.
I didn't answer a word.

Is my translation correct?

My interpretation of その彼女に妹だけは助けてほしいと懇願された:

"She begged me to save her sister only"

If the speaker of this line is the same from the first one, then probably 懇願された refers back to the speaker

やッ・・ probably means やめろ/stop-it or いや/no that she attempted to say, and others are screaming and panting voices, I think.

How do you usually translate lines with "~"? Do you lengthen the word a bit, use a font format/different font, or simply add "~" to the translation?

I tend to think of it as them saying the line in a bit of a singsong voice when it's tacked onto the end, And as them changing pitch when its used mid-word.

Circumstance depending, you could extend the word or attach a "〜" onto the end like you said. Sometimes I even tack on a ♪. And yeah, I think a different font could work, if you think that they're using a sing-song tone.

Just kinda try to figure out the intent of it, what kinda effect it has on their voice, and change up your wording to have the same effect.

Need help with this line:
いいかげんに...ッ

Google translate shows the word translates to "Inexhaustiblely" and another machine translator shows it as "Oh, my god..." but neither of these really seem to fit the narrative. The 2nd one might be correct but idk.

The meaning is "That's enough!" or "Cut it out!", though in this case you should cut it before the end.

しなくてはいけない means "have to ~". So fixing up your attempt, it should be more like "Dammit, I ended up with the Emperor as my partner, even though I need to seduce Raum...!"
